| For a long time,the construction of rural residential buildings was mainly built by farmers themselves,lacking scientific technical guidance,which led to the existence of major problems in indoor thermal and humid environment,such as the impact on residents’ living experience and health.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the thermal and humid environment of rural residence.Taking the rural residence in huangmei area as the research object,this paper adopts the methods of field investigation,theoretical analysis and simulation calculation to discuss the technical measures to improve the indoor thermal and humid environment of the residence.First of all,a series of researches on rural residence in huangmei area were carried out by means of field investigation and questionnaire survey.This paper qualitatively analyzes the existing problems in the thermal and humid environment of the residence in huangmei area,and finds that the indoor thermal and humid environment of the rural residence in huangmei area is poor,and analyzes the main reasons leading to the poor thermal and humid environment.The main reasons are as follows: unreasonable orientation and location of the house,imbalance of the size of the house,lack of thermal insulation measures in the building envelope,etc.Secondly,the indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity of five typical residential representatives in huangmei area were measured and analyzed.Through the analysis of the measured data,it is found that the average indoor temperature of the residence in summer exceeds 30℃,and the average indoor temperature in winter is below 10℃,which is far from meeting the relevant thermal and humid environment standard.Through the comparison and analysis of room temperature on different floors,it is found that the average temperature of rooms on the third floor is >,the average temperature of rooms on the second floor is >,and the average temperature of rooms on the first floor is >.It can be concluded that the average indoor room temperature of the residence increases with the increase of the floor.Again,according to the above research and test of thermal and moisture environment concluded that the existing problems,combining with the characteristics of the local rural geography climate,with the help of simulation tools,documents and related standards,proposed targeted measures to improve the indoor thermal environment are mainly include:(1)residential architectural design to improve: determine the best towards scope of huangmei rural residential for SBW 15° ~ 25°,residential building construction and single light shoulds not be more than 6 m deep,etc.;(2)measures to improve the envelope structure: additional insulation layer and suspended roof should be adopted for the slope roof;inverted paving method,ventilation and heat insulation roof and planting roof can be adopted for the flat roof;self-insulation of external walls,external insulation of external walls and internal insulation of external walls can be adopted for the wall to improve.Finally,on the basis of the research on the improvement measures of the envelope structure,an envelope optimization scheme is proposed,and the feasibility of the optimization scheme is verified by simulating the effects before and after the optimization.The results showed that the indoor temperature of the optimized house decreased by 1 ~ 3℃ on the hottest day,and the indoor room temperature increased by 0.4 ~ 1.5℃ on the coldest day,and the comfort of the indoor thermal environment of the house was greatly improved.After the optimization,the residential energy consumption decreased significantly,and the annual total energy saving rate increased by 37% compared with before the improvement,among which,it increased by 42% after the improvement in winter,21% in summer and 42% in the transition season. |
