With the continuous increase of international trade, all countries are accelerating the development of maritime services and maritime trade.Marine transportation,as the main mode of transport of goods between countries, plays an increasingly important role.Improving the efficiency of marine transportation can not only help shipping companies maintain an advantageous position and occupy major markets in the increasingly fierce competition, but also improve the profits of shipping companies and ensure service quality. Therefore,it is of great significance to guide ships to help them find an optimal route, thereby improving the ship’s transportation efficiency. With the continuous development of the shipping industry, not only the number of marine transportation vessels is increasing, but also the ships are gradually moving towards large-scale,professional,and high-speed development. The development of ships has become increasingly demanding for waterways, and many waterways need to be dredged and dredged to enhance their capacity. In general,as time accumulates, the channel also needs to be treated with operations such as dredging.Coupled with China’s increasing protection of marine rights and interests and offshore resource exploration, construction operations at sea have become increasingly common.Offshore operations have a certain degree of uncertainty, dynamics, and ambiguity, which have a great impact on ships passing by.Therefore,in this paper, the influence of the offshore work area on the ship’s travel is considered when the induction model is established. In order to achieve the scientific and fast arrival of the ship, this article applies the basic theory of inducing driving on the road to the guidance of the marine ship route.By combining the characteristics of ships and environmental factors, the route guidance model of marine ships under the influence of operating areas was studied.First of all, according to the meteorological and hydrological conditions such as sea wind, waves, currents and sea fog that affect the ship’s travel and the ship’s own conditions, the free travel speed of the ship under the influence of wind, waves and currents is obtained. Then use the improved BPR formula based on meteorological and hydrological effects and the theory of queuing theory to calculate the travel time of the ship’s road section. When calculating travel time,it is necessary to consider the influence of ship flow in the operation area.In this paper, the improved extreme learning machine algorithm is used to predict the ship flow, and the comparison with the gray prediction shows that the prediction effect is better. In the establishment of the induction model, the influence of the ship, the influence of meteorological and hydrological conditions, the influence of the sea area and the influence of the operation area were considered. The model takes the minimum time as the optimization goal, and uses the ant colony algorithm to calculate the optimal path in the time-varying route network according to the calculated travel time calculation formula. The case analysis shows that different time optimal routes are obtained under different meteorological and hydrological conditions. And in the calculation example under different visibility conditions, the route with the best travel time can be reduced by 12.26%,7.60%and 8.21%respectively compared with other routes. This proves the superiority of the ship’s dynamic route guidance and the feasibility of the model. The results of the case show that the method in this paper can provide better help for ship navigation.
