Passenger Satisfaction Based On Service Quality Evaluation And Analysis Of Power Concentralized 160km/h EMU

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s economic development level,the People’s demand for railway travel is growing day by day.The national railway passenger transport volume has been increasing at the same time every year.At the same time,the high-speed railway passenger transport volume has been increasing obviously,ordinary-speed passenger trains on existing lines are still responsible for nearly 40% of China’s railway passenger transport tasks,and the traditional ordinary-speed trains can not meet the increasingly refined passenger travel demand.In order to promote the MRT of PRT,the CR200 J EMU has been independently designed and applied by China Railway Group,which lays an important foundation for upgrading the equipment and improving the quality of the passenger service of PRT.This paper is based on the theoretical analysis of passenger train service quality at home and abroad,combining theoretical guidance with objective practice,through the investigation and research on the train service quality of the power-concentrated EMU of the Nanjing passenger section of China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.,focusing on the on-the-spot investigation and research on the service status of local trains(Ning-Qi line)and through trains(Beijing-Shanghai line)and passenger satisfaction expectation,the evaluation system of train service quality for 160 km / h power concentrated EMU is obtained through theoretical analysis,based on the existing scientific service quality evaluation model,the service quality evaluation index system of the power concentrated EMU in Nanjing Passenger Transport Section is established,and the service quality management is analyzed and improved,thus,the passenger satisfaction of 160 km / h EMUs can be improved effectively.In order to more objective application and evaluation of the evaluation model chosen in this paper,through on-the-spot investigation on the train service quality of the power concentrated EMU,select the corresponding data of the evaluation index system that reflects the level of the train service quality of the power-concentrated EMU,use SPSS to analyze the statistical data,use the analytic hierarchy process and use Matlab software to get the weights of each attribute,combining with SERVQUAL evaluation model,this paper analyzes the quality of passenger transport service,and combining with the characteristics of railway lines,puts forward the theory and methods of improving the quality of passenger transport service of power concentrated EMU trains,so as to promote the whole railway from point to point,to participate in the market compe-tition and improve the market position of railway in the comprehensive transport system and the competitiveness of enterprises,so as to provide scientific theoretical basis and practical basis for the sustainable development of China’s railway.
