With the rapid development of urban rail transit in China,how to improve the efficiency of the inspection of urban rail equipment is becoming more and more important.In order to improve the test capability of traction power supply equipment such as traction power supply rectifier unit,energy storage device,regenerative energy inverter feedback device,etc.,this article analyzes the use requirements of the test power and test methods based on the product standard.The DC test power platform uses virtual instrument technology,data visualization technology,database technology,and image recognition technology to design and develop a data monitoring system for the traction power supply test platform of the urban rail transit.This system comprehensively considers the test requirements of each equipment test,adopts a modular design idea,and builds the data monitoring system of AC power test module and DC power test module.Based on LabVIEW development software,the test process is controlled and monitored through the finite state machine;application database technology realizes the storage,dynamic update and synchronous call of test data;the digital recognition function is designed based on image recognition technology to expand the system's data collection and analysis capabilities;the use of data visualization display makes the data more intuitive.To verify the feasibility of the system,field tests were performed after the test platform was constructed.The test platform was used to test the performance of various traction power supply equipment of urban rail transit,including traction rectifier unit,traction converter,traction motor,and regenerative braking energy ground utilization system.The test results show that the monitoring system operates smoothly and the condition monitoring is accurate,achieving the established design goals and verifying the interactivity and stability of the measurement and control software.The software and hardware design scheme of the system including distributed acquisition,storage,and display proposed in this article solves the problems of complex voltage system and inconsistent system structure of the traction power supply products of urban rail transit.The system can adapt to domestic testing and certification requirements of DC1500 V and DC750 V traction power supply systems,regenerative braking systems and vehicle traction systems,greatly reducing the workload of test preparation and the uncertainty introduced by the measurement process,and improving the reliability of detection.
