The automobile air conditioning system has functions such as regulating the interior temperature of the vehicle,controlling humidity and air cleanliness,but the noise produced by the air conditioning system is the main source of the interior noise of the automobile.Air conditioning noise for a long time will cause emotional discomfort of passengers and passengers,affect physical health,and may endanger personal safety in severe cases.The noise of the air conditioning system comes from mechanical noise and aerodynamic noise.The principles of the two are different,and the prevention methods are also very different.The mechanical noise of the air conditioning system can be improved by new materials,seals and other measures,and aerodynamic noise has become an urgent problem to be solved in the vehicle interior.Therefore,reducing the aerodynamic noise of air conditioners is the continuous improvement direction of various automobile air conditioner manufacturers.This paper describes the research status of the noise problem of the air-conditioning system.Based on the parameters of A type of air-conditioning product,a simulated watershed model is established in CATIA software.The noise source of this type of air-conditioning is analyzed using STAR-CCM + simulation prediction and noise test to determine the Inner connection of aerodynamic noise;According to modern optimization design theory,it is proposed to optimize the air-conditioning air intake shell by using the structural principle of spoiler and resonance muffler cavity,combined with simulation and test methods to verify the noise reduction effect of the optimization scheme.The optimization results show that: the optimization method combining the principle of the spoiler and the resonance silencing structure of the silencing cavity can ultimately reduce the aerodynamic noise by 13.77%.By comparing the performance of the air-conditioning system before and after optimization and the market value of similar competitive air-conditioning products,it is concluded that the HVAC air intake shell optimized by the spoiler and muffler cavity structure together has outstanding improvement in vortex flow and obvious noise reduction effect.HVAC system intake unit aerodynamic noise reduction method research provides greater reference value.
