Pipeline transportation has the characteristics of high efficiency,convenience,and environmental protection.It has become one of the five major transportation methods in parallel with railway,highway,aviation,and water transportation.It is widely used for the transportation of oil,natural gas,and nuclear wastewater.The long-distance pipeline is an aorta of energy and an important lifeline project.It plays an important role in safeguarding China's economic development,improving people's livelihood,social stability,and national defense.When the pipeline is defective,if it is not handled in time,it will cause leakage or explosion.The main causes of pipeline defects include: failure of the connection structure,instability of the pipe wall,manufacturing defects in the pipeline,safety management,corrosion,and others.Among them,the failure of the connection structure is an important cause of pipeline accidents.Therefore,it is of great significance to research and develop a set of methods and systems suitable for the health monitoring of connection structures in pipeline transportation.Piezoelectric ceramics are widely used in the field of structural health monitoring due to their fast response,wide spectrum range,and good coupling characteristics.The piezoelectric impedance method based on the electromechanical coupling characteristics of piezoelectric ceramics can couple its own electrical impedance with the mechanical impedance of the structure to be measured,and evaluate the health of the structure after a certain data algorithm.In view of the problems faced by the piezoelectric impedance method in the health monitoring of pipeline connection structures,this article designed and developed the most common flange connection structure in pipeline transportation as the object to be tested,combined with the theory of piezoelectric impedance method and Internet of Things A monitoring system that can realize remote,real-time and accurate identification of the failure of the connection structure has very important social significance and economic value.The research content and results of this article include:1.Starting from the piezoelectric effect and characteristic parameters of piezoelectric ceramics,the PZT impedance characteristics and coupling model are analyzed and discussed in detail.Based on the piezoelectric impedance measurement theory,a set of solutions for a piezoelectric impedance measurement system based on the narrow band Internet of Things is designed.Conduct a feasibility study.2.According to the design scheme of the piezoelectric impedance measurement system,a set of piezoelectric impedance measurement equipment based on the narrowband Internet of Things was developed,and the hardware implementation and software implementation were described respectively.The device uses the DSP chip TMS320C6748 as the control and calculation processing unit,which meets the system requirements of low power consumption and fast speed.The calculation results are sent by the NB module to the cloud platform in the form of wireless transmission,which enables remote real-time monitoring of the pipeline structure status.3.The functional testing of the piezoelectric impedance measurement system and the use of the system for the health monitoring experiments of pipeline connection structures.The experimental results show that the system can better judge the state of the pipe connection structure,and the trend of the impedance spectrum curve collected is also consistent with the monitoring results of a commercial impedance analyzer.Proved the effectiveness and feasibility of the system.In summary,this paper studies and develops a set of methods and systems suitable for long-distance pipeline connection structure health monitoring,which can monitor the state of the pipeline connection structure in the wild environment in real time,accurately,and for a long time,and upload the monitoring results wirelessly To the cloud platform,realize the visualization,data and intelligent supervision of the pipeline.It has a certain role in promoting safety management in the field of pipeline transportation.
