| Magnetic particle inspection is a common nondestructive testing method,used to defect the surface and near surface defects of ferromagnetic parts,has become an inportant means to ensure the quality of products.An automatic magnetic particle flaw detection system is designed and developed for the key part of large and medium power wheeled tractor-a driving wheel shaft.The system consists of principal machine,electrical console and demagnetizing machine.(1)In order to meet the structural characteristics of driving wheel axles with different sizes and similar shapes of tractors with different power,the movable bracket with adjustable center height is calculated.The roating observation mechanism is designed to facilitate the operator to observe the magnetic marks.After simple adjustment,the main engine system can be used as a universal flaw detection system to meet the needs of different types of workpiece flaw detection.(2)The design of the electronic control system ensures the accurate realization of the movement and magnetization of the main machine for flaw detection,and adopts PLC timing control and single-chip microcomputer to adjust the voltage to realize compound magnetization,so that the flaw detection process can be completed manually or automatically,reducing the labor intensity of the operator and improving the efficiency of flaw detection;The closed-loop system regulates the magnetization crurrent,which provides the possibility to automatically select the magnetization current according to the workpiece size while ensuring the magnetization effect.?(3)The system is designed with a special demagnetization machine,high demagnetization efficiency,low cost,simple structure.The control line of demagnetization machine is connected with a time relay,which can automatically control the energizing time of demagnetization machine.In this paper,the image processing method in magnetic particle flaw detection is studied. |
