Solar energy,as a clean and renewable energy,has attracted worldwide attention.Solar cell is the core components of solar power generation,the performance of which needs to be detected and sorted online in the process of production.Therefore,the research on the detection method of solar cell characteristic parameters,and the development of a rapid parameters detection system suitable for the automatic sorting device of solar cells are of great significance for the production of solar cells.Existing detection technology is generally used in research work or industrial sampling in the laboratory.It uses a direct detection method with a slow detection speed and high accuracy.In this paper,the indirect detection method is used to increase the speed of detection parameters,and reduce the accuracy appropriately within the target range.According to the above description,the following aspects are studied and designed respectively.The paper has analyzed the detection method of solar cell characteristic parameters on the basis of single diode solar cell model.For the problem of slow test speed,it has proposed an I/V parameters classification algorithm based on K-means clustering,which can effectively reduce the detected I/V parameters,and improve the test speed.In view of the difficulty in solving the nonlinear problem of the single diode solar cell model,it has proposed a parameter solving method based on the hybrid bat algorithm with harmony search,which can effectively obtain the electrical characteristics of solar cells.It has designed a rapid parameter test system for solar cells in accordance with the solar cell rapid detection system,which realizes automatic program control of solar cell load,fast acquisition of I/V parameters and fast detection of characteristic parameters,and it has also designed the corresponding software system.The experimental research shows that the rapid parameter detection system for solar cell has the characteristics of rapidity,accuracy and stability,which can meet the requirement of fast parameter detection technology of solar cells.
