Solar cell performance parameter detection refers to the process of solving the performance parameters of solar cells based on the existing solar cell performance parameter model and using some parameter optimal solution algorithm.Currently,the five-parameter model is the most commonly used model for solving solar cell performance parameters,but the model is a typical nonlinear transcendental equation.The classical solution algorithm has low precision and poor robustness,and often cannot meet the real-time performance in the actual production process requirements.Based on the five-parameter model of solar cell,this paper analyzes the solar cell performance parameter detection algorithm based on the problem of fast parameter solving in solar cell test and sorting system.The main tasks are:(1)Aiming at the problem that the detection of solar cell performance parameters has a low precision,this paper proposes a solar cell parameter detection algorithm that combines perturbation and observation method and modified Gauss-Newton method.The maximum power point is first tracked by perturbation observation method,and the obtained maximum power point is added as a known condition to the linear equations to detect the parameters.Compare the parameter values of the same set of data on the same experimental platform with other classical algorithms,the results show: The algorithm in this paper converges more easily than the modified Gauss-Newton method,and the accuracy of the obtained performance parameter results is higher than particle swarm optimization(CPSO),genetic algorithm(GA),simulated annealing algorithm(SA),pattern search method(PS)and Gauss-Newton method(GN).(2)Aiming at the problem that the environmental conditions will affect the experimental measurement data,this paper establishes a solar cell sample data correction model,which can correct the solar cell I-V characteristic measurement data with light intensity and temperature within a certain range to the data in the standard test environment.The experimental results show that the model has high accuracy and can well correct the measurement data of solar cell I-V characteristics.(3)Aiming at the problem that the traditional solar cell performance parameter detection algorithm does not meet the requirements of real-time parameter detection in actual production process,this paper proposes a fast detection method for solar cellperformance parameters based on the sample data correction model and combined with the solar cell performance parameter detection analysis algorithm,and verifies the algorithm with standard data provided by solar cell manufacturers and measurement data in laboratories.The experimental results show that the algorithm has high accuracy in solving the performance parameters of solar cells,and can reduce the time consumed in the process of solving the performance parameters.
