The underwater explosion vessel is a kind of important test equipment,which can simulate different water depth by loading different hydrostatic pressure.Based on the similar principle,the small charge is used to study the underwater explosion theory and engineering technology.It is necessary to analyze the reliability of the container in order to ensure its safe use and at the same time give full play to its efficiency.Because it is difficult to get the analytical form of the Response Law of the vessel under the coupling action of underwater explosion shock wave and static water pressure,and the service state of the vessel can not be dynamically reflected by the numerical simulation method,therefore,a stochastic-interval mixed reliability model based on intelligent prediction of dynamic response is proposed in this paper to analyze the reliability of an actual water medium explosion vessel.Firstly,through the analysis of data characteristics,the detection of outliers and the smooth processing,the dynamic response test sample Data pre-processing of the water medium explosion vessel are realized,on this basis,the prediction models of Support vector machine,XGBoost,convolutional neural network and BP neural network optimized by genetic algorithm are established respectively,the prediction performance of BP neural network model is the best,which can provide the basis for the reliability analysis of vessel.Then,based on the prediction model of the dynamic response of the container,the maximum strain interval variables of the container are obtained.Because the prediction model takes all the dynamic test data of the container as the training samples,the maximum response interval of the container under the design load is adaptive and can reflect the current service state of the container.The stochastic-interval reliability analysis model of water medium explosion vessel is established considering the stochastic characteristics of vessel strength.Using this model to analyze the container reliability,the defect that the statistical rule of the parameters is difficult to get in theprobabilistic reliability analysis is solved.Finally,the reliability indexes of the stochastic-interval reliability models are calculated by different methods,and it is found that the stochastic variable is equivalent to the interval variable for the high reliability structure such as the water medium explosion vessel,then,the interval reliability index calculation method can be used to quantify the structural reliability more directly.
