China is a large country in agriculture and animal husbandry,and the output of meat,fruits,aquatic products,eggs and other products ranks first in the world.When these products are delivered to consumers,they will go through a series of processes such as refrigeration,packaging,transportation,and handling.During this process,a large number of products will deteriorate and deteriorate.According to relevant statistics,economic losses have exceeded100 billion yuan..Refrigeration plays an important role in these links,so developing a new type of refrigeration system becomes even more important.At present,the refrigeration systems on the market commonly use refrigerants such as R717,R22,and R404A,and the heat exchangers often use finned tubes.Regarding the above problems,a new type of refrigeration system was developed and researched.R410A refrigerant was used in the refrigeration system.Microchannel heat exchangers were used both inside and outside the warehouse,and the compressors were dual-rotor compressors.The system uses a quasi-two-stage compression technology,which has two modes of low pressure and medium pressure.The R410A refrigeration system was tested in the enthalpy difference laboratory for ambient temperature and compressor speed,and the values and changes of the cooling capacity,compressor power,and COP_c of the system under different operating conditions were obtained.The following conclusions were drawn:The refrigeration capacity and COP_c of the refrigeration system using low-pressure supplemental gas technology have increased.Under the working temperature of-5?,the refrigeration capacity and COP_c of the refrigeration system have increased by 11.6%and8.7%,respectively.When operating under the same operating conditions,the refrigeration capacity and compressor power of the medium-pressure make-up gas are significantly higher than those of the low-pressure make-up gas and the non-refill air.Under the conditions of-5°C,the medium-pressure make-up gas The refrigeration capacity is 33.0%and 19.1%higher than the non-supply air and low-pressure supplemental air,and the compressor power is 22.4%and 19.1%higher,respectively.With the decrease of the ambient temperature in the refrigerated storage system,the performance of the system shows a downward trend.When the operating temperature is constant,when the ambient temperature in the refrigerated storage falls from 15°C to-5°C,the heat exchange capacity of the system decreases from21.716 to 6.352kW.After the low-pressure air replenishment,the cooling capacity when the ambient temperature in the storehouse is reduced from 15°C to-5°C is increased from 1.9%to11.6%when compared with the non-air replenishment.The lower the compressor rotation speed of this refrigeration system is,the higher the COP_c of the system is.When the compressor rotation speed is set to 3000r/min,the COP_c using the medium pressure supplemental gas technology is up to 4.13.
