Bent Structure of Concrete Filled Steel have also been widely used in many high-rise buildings,long-span bridges,public buildings and other modern buildings.However,the application in the industrial plant is still in its infancy,and there is not much experience that can be used for reference.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the mechanical properties of Bent Structure of Concrete Filled Steel in this paper,which provides a scientific reference for the design of concrete-filled steel tubular industrial factory building,and has key practical significance for the establishment of concrete-filled steel tubular industrial factory building.In this paper,the mechanical properties of Bent Structure of Concrete Filled Steel under eccentric compression are studied by the method of numerical analysis,and the mechanical properties of concrete-filled steel tubular single-member columns and concrete-filled steel tubular double-limb columns are studied and analyzed.The main contents are as follows:(1)the finite element model of Bent Structure of Concrete Filled Steel is established by using ABAQUS software.The results are compared with the experimental results to verify the accuracy of the model.AS a result,we can obtain the stress process of Bent Structure of Concrete Filled Steel under eccentric compression,and the law of stress change of steel tube and concrete under load is obtained,too.(2)the simulation results are obtained by using the established model of Bent Structure of Concrete Filled Steel,changing the parameters and analyze.The parameters such as slenderness ratio,eccentricity,internal material,diameter-thickness ratio and material strength are analyzed by finite element method,and the effects of various parameters on the mechanical properties of Bent Structure of Concrete Filled Steel are obtained.(3)Establishing the finite element model of concrete-filled steel tubular single-member column,and analyzing the parameters affecting its bearing capacity.The two-factor analysis method is used to analyze the factors affecting the bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular single-leg columns,so as to determine the calculation formula of the bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular single-leg columns and the design method of Bent Structure of Concrete Filled Steel.(4)Establishing the finite element model of concrete-filled steel tubular double-limb column,and the four parameters of slenderness ratio,eccentricity,web length and web arrangement are analyzed by finite element method,and the effects of these four parameters on the mechanical properties of concrete-filled steel tubular columns are obtained.At the same time,the formula for calculating the bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular double-limb columns is also derived.From the two aspects of performance and economy,the research is carried out to provide reference for the selection of concrete-filled steel tubular single-limb columns and double-limb columns.
