The global energy is exhausted increasingly,but new energy sources development is not enough to meet demands.At present,electric energy is still the most widely used secondary energy,and thermal power generation accounts for the highest proportion of primary energy which converted into electric energy,it leads to increasingly serious environmental pollution.Therefore,there is a need to develop clean energy and reduce energy consumption.Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has advantages of high efficiency and small size.The study of PMSM with low loss and excellent performance is of great practical significance and value,which responding to the national requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction,and reducing the running cost of users.In this paper,by studying the magnetic field and harmonic distribution of PMSM,the factors which affect the loss of motor are analyzed.From the aspect of motor electromagnetic design,the harmonic of air gap magnetic field can be weakened,the loss of motor can be reduced and the motor gets good performance.First of all,the background and research significance of the selected topic are described.At the same time,the loss component elements of PMSM and the structure commonly used to reduce the loss are introduced,by the way,the research idea of this paper is established:The core loss,rotor eddy loss and stray loss are directly related to the harmonics of the air gap magnetic field.So,the loss can be reduced by reducing the harmonic amplitude.Then,the method of harmonic reduction is studied: In the stator,by establishing a two-dimensional finite element simulation model,the flux generated by different forms of stator windings is compared.And the simulation results are analyzed based on the principle of low harmonic content.In the rotor,by establishing a two-dimensional finite element simulation model,the flux produced by the different rotor structure is studied,the influence of rotor structure on harmonic and output capacity is analyzed.On the premise of ensuring the output capacity of the motor,the torque ripple is reduced by 58.85% by using the design of magnetic isolation bridge with unequal width and the drilling of rotor,while the average output torque is reduced by only 3.67%.When the core material is magnetically saturated,the structure size change caused by the processing error has no effect on the saturation degree,which makes the motor performance has an inhibiting effect on the processing error,toreduce the processing and manufacturing process requirements,the motor performance is more stable,and the design method of the new rotor structure has good universality.Finally,according to the project design requirements,the efficiency must reached IE5 standards.On the basis of the preliminary design of motor model,through the finite element simulation,the field coupling method is used to adjust the motor design scheme,to improve the output performance of the motor.Take into account the manufacturing and processing economy,a design with efficiency significantly improved,cost significantly reduced and comprehensive performance better is presented,the design scheme and parameters of the motor are given.
