As a key core basic component such as aircraft landing gear.aviation joint bearings have a harsh and complex working environment.Under the working conditions of heavy assembly stress,complex load and poor lubrication,the hardness of the surface material is reduced,and wear and tear failure is prone to occur.Therefore,in order to improve the anti-friction and wear resistance of aerospace joint bearings,this paper proposes a process method in which surface micro-texture technology acts on aerospace joint bearings.This method can improve the anti-friction performance of the surface of the joint bearing friction pair,improve the lubrication during the friction process,significantly improve the wear resistance of the workpiece surface,and extend the working life.The friction joint materials of aviation joint bearings are usually 304 stainless steel and 9Cr18 stainless steel.In order to solve the problem of wear failure under extreme conditions such as joint bearings which under the heavy loading and poor lubrication,this paper firstly uses fluent fluid simulation software to study the effect of micro-textures of different shapes,diameters,spacing and depth on hydrodynamics,then the surface of the test piece is strengthened by ultrasonic rolling technology,and then the processed workpiece is textured by laser processing to obtain the surface required for the test,and finally,the friction and wear performance of 304 stainless steel surface is tested by UMT TriboLab friction and wear testing machine to observe the influence of different roughness surfaces,micro-texture diameter,spacing,depth and speed on hydrodynamics.The simulation and test results show that the maximum pressure values of the circular,triangular and rectangular micro-textures are 89600MPa,82100MPa and 78900MPa in sequence.Therefore,the circular micro-texture has the best dynamic pressure lubrication performance,followed by the triangular micro-texture,and the rectangular micro-texture is the worst.As the micro-texture diameter increases,the maximum pressure value also increases.The micro-texture spacing increases,and the maximum pressure value increases firstly and then decreases.When the micro-texture depth is 20?m,the dynamic pressure lubrication effect is the best.In the friction and wear test,which under the conditions of the same speed,loading and lubricant,the surface of the specimen with micro-texture has the best anti-friction and anti-wear performance.When the micro-texture pitch is 200?m,the anti-friction performance is the best.When the micro-texture depth is 20?m,the friction coefficient is the smallest.The rotation speed of the test piece increases,and the trend of decreasing friction coefficient slows down.
