For the car company’s workshop logistics,the forklift is its main form of logistics.The operating efficiency of the forklift directly affects the production efficiency of the workshop.Therefore,the forklift is the key to the logistics of the car enterprise workshop.The operation of forklift trucks is a special operation,which requires long working hours,high operation intensity,and difficult operation.This long-term,high-load operation can easily cause fatigue,which directly leads to a decrease in the judgment ability and operation ability of the forklift driver,which results in a decrease in operating efficiency and increases the safety risk of the workshop.At the same time,long-term operations will produce cumulative damage and affect the health of forklift drivers.Based on this,this subject subjectively measures the fatigue of the forklift driver in the final assembly shop of an Automobile,determines the key factors influencing its driving fatigue,and proposes effective measures to improve the fatigue of the forklift driver.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Aiming at the subjective measurement of the fatigue status of forklift drivers,this subject designed a questionnaire on the subjective feelings of fatigue of forklift drivers based on the SelfAssessment Scale for Fatigue Symptoms of the Japan Association for Energy Efficiency.The subjective fatigue feeling of the driver solves the subjective quantitative assessment problem of the forklift driver’s work fatigue,and realizes the subjective measurement of the forklift driver’s work fatigue state.(2)Aiming at the objective quantitative assessment of the fatigue status of forklift drivers,this topic comprehensively uses three methods of measuring physiological indicators: reaction time measurement,FAB-based motion capture,and EEG signal analysis based on the Ergosports electroencephalograph.Measure and analyze the fatigue level during the operation to find out the key factors that affect fatigue;solve the problem that a single physiological index cannot comprehensively and accurately evaluate the fatigue status of the forklift driver,and achieve an accurate and comprehensive objective quantitative assessment of fatigue level.(3)Aiming at the key factors that affect the fatigue of forklift drivers,this subject comprehensively summarizes the results of subjective and objective evaluations.From the perspective of ergonomics,it proposes effective measures to improve the fatigue of forklift drivers;reduce the fatigue of forklift drivers,and improve their efficiency and comfort.The subject takes the forklift logistics driver in the assembly shop of an automobile enterprise as the research object.Through subjective quantitative evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of multiple physiological factors,experimental research is conducted on the fatigue status of the forklift driver to effectively solve the problem of forklift driver’s fatigue.Angle provides a solution for improving the efficiency of workshop logistics.
