In recent years, with the vigorous promotion of construction industrialization and housing industrialization in China,a series of specifications and Atlas standards have been issued, and a large number of prefabricated concrete buildings have been built. However,in the process of development, many problems have been exposed, mainly including:first, the operation space at the joint is too small, there are too many steel bars, and it is difficult to pour concrete, which brings many difficulties to the site construction;second, the requirements of on-site hoisting accuracy are very high, and the steel bar collision and the size deviation of frame beam and column are easy to cause the site unable to be assembled;third, the degree of standardization is low Less than the requirements of "less specifications, more combinations",the mold is difficult to reuse. Therefore, this paper innovatively puts forward the prefabricated steel sleeve connection reinforced concrete structure system. This kind of assembly system has the advantages of simple design, easy production of components, rapid and convenient construction, and good molding quality. This paper focuses on the flexural behavior of precast steel sleeve connected reinforced concrete beams.Five beams are designed and manufactured for static load test. The test process and failure mode are observed. The data of cracking load, yield load, ultimate load and deflection are investigated. The curves of load displacement, beam section height concrete strain and steel plate load strain are drawn and studied Based on the finite element software ABAQUS,the numerical simulation of prefabricated steel sleeve connection reinforced concrete beam is carried out,and the results are compared with the experimental results. Then, the other parameters are further studied by expanding the simulation parameters. The main research results are as follows:(1)The failure mode of the specimen beam is different from that of the ordinary reinforced concrete beam. With the increase of the load, the steel plate at the top of the steel sleeve of the beam will deform and the deflection will increase rapidly.(2)The greater the thickness of steel sheathed steel plate in the beam span, the greater the stiffness and bearing capacity of the test beam;the greater the reinforcement amount of concrete beam section, the greater the bearing capacity of the test beam;but the main control factor is the thickness of steel sleeve steel plate.(3)Based on the finite element software ABAQUS,the failure mode, ultimate load and load displacement curve of the specimens are consistent with the test results, which shows that ABAQUS accurately simulates the bending performance of precast steel sleeve connected reinforced concrete beams;by expanding the simulation parameters,it is concluded that the increase of steel sleeve length can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the test beam The change of bending performance and concrete strength has little influence on the bearing capacity of the test beam.
