China High-Speed Railway has achieved the leading status recent years in this world.At the same time,it also faces more challenges.China high-speed railway increasingly concentrates on the environmental protection,comfort and safety during the development in case of the modern development theory about the high-speed railway such as intelligence,efficiency and environmental protection.The high-speed railway brings great convenience to our travel in daily life,but also causes environmental problems,in which the problem of rolling noise of wheels is particularly prominent.Studying the problems of wheel vibration and noise radiation is of great practical significance for the noise prediction and improvement of noise surrounding the railway.In this paper,SIMPACK multi-body dynamics software is used to establish a vehicle-track coupling dynamics model;the American six-level track spectrum is used as the irregular excitation of the line to analyze the wheel-rail vertical force at a speed of 240 km / h.Using this vertical force as the excitation,the data is input into the full-band acoustic software VA One after fourier transform,and the finite element / boundary element combination method is used to solve the problem that the wheel web is not open in the frequency range of 16 ~ 5000 Hz.The effect of opening 2 holes,4 holes,6 holes,8 holes,10 holes on the wheel sound radiation power,sound radiation efficiency,and sound directivity.Furthermore,the structural modal analysis was carried out on the unperforated wheel web and the perforated wheel web by Abaqus software,and the relationship between the structural modal and noise vibration was analyzed.Finally,using the Abaqus software,the wheel strength after the wheel web opening holes is analyzed to obtain the optimal number of holes for the wheel web opening.The research results show that the radial mode(r,5)deformation of the wheels mainly occurs in the radial wheel contraction.During the operation of the vehicle,this deformation easily increases the vertical amplitude of the train and reduces the train running stability.The wheel's axial mode(0,6)also causes a large deformation of the wheel in the axial direction,the place where the maximum amount of deformation occurs is in the rim.The rim is axially twisted and deformed.This will cause the train to run during the process.Due to the deformation of the rim,the rim is in contact with the rail,causing excessive stress and causing damage to the rim.Secondly,after the wheel web openings,as the number of web openings increases,the sound power of the wheels and the sound radiation efficiency in the low frequency band(16 ~ 1000Hz)are significantly reduced,including 2 holes in the web and opening 4 holes and 8 holes have the best noise reduction effect.By analyzing the acoustic directivity,it is found that the sound pressure level in the low frequency band around 500 Hz is symmetrical along the wheel axis.In the high frequency band,the wheel mainly has two to three high sound pressure levels.When the high frequency band is above 2000 Hz,it is found that the wheel sound power and the wheel radiation efficiency of the wheel appear irregularly with the increase of the number of web openings.Based on Abaqus software,the strength analysis of the wheel web is studied.The influence of the web opening on the static strength and fatigue of the wheel web is analyzed.In this paper,according to the UIC510-5 standard,the static strength check is carried out on the wheel webs with no holes,8 holes and 10 holes,under the three conditions of straight line conditions,curve conditions and turnout conditions.The research results show that the most dangerous working condition is the turnout working condition;Then,the fatigue analysis of the wheels with no holes,8 holes and 10 holes in the web is carried out.When the hole of the wheel web is opened with 10 holes,the maximum stress amplitude at the hole side and the corresponding allowable stress amplitude The position of the above node is close to the maximum stress amplitude of the material and the corresponding allowable stress amplitude.Therefore,the optimal number of wheels is about 10 holes.
