| Ground control auto-passing neutral section technology has several advantages like short power loss time,low speed loss and uninterrupted traction,and in line with the development direction of China’s electrified railway with higher speed and heavy-duty transportation.At present,the domestic research on the ground control auto-passing neutral section technology mainly focuses on the commutation switch structure,overvoltage suppression and locomotive position detection,etc.,but there are few studies on the logic control system.The logic control system,as the core of the ground control automatic phase separation system,is responsible for the information collection,processing and calculation of the phase separation device,which is very important for the safe operation of the locomotive when it passes the phase separation.The main control unit of the traditional logic control system adopts a single structure,which has the disadvantages of frequent failures,stand-alone operation without standby and unable to verify output information,and cannot effectively ensure the driving safety of the locomotive when it is auto-passing neutral section.Therefore,it is urgent to design a ground control auto-passing neutral section logic control system with safety redundancy.According to the analysis of the working principles and design ideas of commonly used safety redundant structures,the double 2-vote-2 safety redundant structure with the highest safety and reliability is used to design the ground control auto-passing neutral section logic control system.The logic control system,as the information processing and control terminal of the ground control auto-passing neutral section device,needs to realize the function of controlling the phase separation device,which mainly includes two parts: hardware function and software function.Analyze the hardware function requirements of the logic control system,select the microprocessor of the main control unit according to the hardware design principles,and design and explain the hardware circuits of each module including the comparison circuit,switching circuit,communication circuit and drive acquisition circuit.The functions of output information verification,standby switching,information interaction,driving and collection are realized respectively.According to the logic control system software design principles and functional requirements,the software communication protocol of the logic control system and the work process flow in each work mode are designed,and the work flow in each work mode is described in detail.Establish the reliability block diagram and fault tree model of the ground control auto-passing neutral section logic control system,and analyze the reliability and safety of the designed logic control system.The data calculation results show that the logic control system can meet the requirements of railway power supply equipment safety standards.The designed ground control auto-passing neutral section logic control system can realize the function of locomotive passing through the phase separation area automatically,safely and smoothly,make up for the shortcomings of the original system without backup and no information verification,and improve the efficiency of locomotive phase separation.It provides a theoretical basis for the research and development of the ground control auto-passing neutral section logic control system,and has certain practical application value. |
