The DC distribution network has advantages of controllability,low loss and high power quality,which is suitable for multi-point access to distributed power sources.In recent years,it has received extensive attention and is a new direction for the development of power distribution systems.Reasonable,effective energy management and optimization operation can improve the economy and practicability and promote the development of distributed new energy DC distribution.Thus,it is the main issues during the development of DC distribution network.This paper takes DC distribution network as the research object.The energy management and optimization operation technology of DC distribution network is the main research content of this paper.The details are as follows:1.In view of the characteristics of a large number of distributed new energy sources connected to the DC distribution network,the operation networking mode of the partitioned power supply structure are adopted to ensure the system can operate safely and stably while maximizing the consumption of new energy.Analyzing and selecting the key equipment,a more efficient DC distribution network system structure design idea was proposed.Steady-state modeling,simulation,and analysis of distributed new energy sources such as wind,light and storage in DC distribution networks were executed.2.When a large number of distributed new energy sources are connected to the DC distribution network,a safe and reliable operation control strategy was designed to ensure the system and the power distribution stable and reliable.The possible failures of the system were analyzed.The positioning strategies applicable to various declining and protection schemes such as protection area division of distributed new energy DC distribution network were separately investigated.3.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing intelligent optimization algorithm,a combinatorial optimization algorithm based on periodic competition mechanism(AFSA-PSO)was proposed.The combined algorithm combines the superiority of the two and combines with the competitive learning mechanism to improve the diversity of the population and the convergence of the algorithm.4.Aiming at the problem of energy management and economic optimization in DC distribution network with distributed new energy sources,an economic optimization operation model considering financial cost,environmental protection cost and network loss cost is established on the basis of the main unit model of DC distribution network.Combined with an example,the AFSA-PSO combination algorithm based on competitive learning mechanism is used to solve the problem,realizing the economic operation of DC distribution network with distributed new energy sources.The simulation results verified the correctness and validity of the proposed economic optimization operation model.5.Aiming at the energy management economic optimization operation of distributed new energy DC distribution network,Two-Time scale coordinated energy management method was designed.The hierarchical control framework based on droop control was used to together optimize the two key factors,i.e.,the operating point and the droop coefficient,thus to improve the system operational efficiency and enhance the system security.
