In recent years, medical technology has developed rapidly, and implantable medical devices have played an increasingly important role in the treatment of diseases worldwide. There are many problems with the power supply of traditional implantable medical devices, and wireless power transfer technology can effectively avoid these problems, making implantable medical devices more secure and reliable. However, since the size of the transmitting coil and the receiving coil in the implant device is different from the conventional symmetrical coil.In addition, the coil implanted in the body moves with the human body, resulting in unstable output power and poor anti-offset property. Therefore,in this paper, the anti-offset and asymmetry of the implanted medical device wireless power transfer system are researched and analyzed,so that its output is efficient and stable. The main research work of this paper includes:Firstly, the asymmetric wireless power transfer system of implanted medical equipment is modeled and analyzed, and the influence of coil parameters on transmission power and efficiency is analyzed.Secondly, through the finite element analysis software Maxwell, the effects of coil turns, inner diameter, outer diameter and spacing on magnetic field uniformity and transmission performance are analyzed.A transmitting coil with uniform magnetic field is optimized and analyzed.Again,an implantable wireless power transfer system wireless power transfer system is designed that included a hardware circuit design and a magnetically coupled coil design.According to the actual situation,an asymmetrical coil with a uniform magnetic field is designed and its parameters are calculated. Then,Maxwell and Simplorer are used to complete Co-simulation of the magnetic field and circuit of a wireless power transfer system with uniform magnetic field and wireless power transfer system prototype is built and debugged. The transmission characteristics of the system are analyzed and the coil structure of the uniform magnetic field involved is verified. This coil can improve the stability and offset resistance of the system. Finally, the human body magnetic field, induced electric field and SAR value of typical organ tissues are analyzed by Solidworks and HFSS.The analysis shows that the MCR-WPT system meets the human body electromagnetic safety standards.
