| High speed permanent magnet motor(HSPMM)has the advantages of high efficiency,high power density and fast dynamic response.It has broad application prospects in high-speed machining centers,molecular pumps and flywheel energy storage.However,the drive of a high-speed motor is different from that of a conventional motor.To achieve high-speed requirements,the switching frequency of the power device in the drive system must be high enough.Since the ZTE incident in 2018 gave the Chinese people too much stimulation,this paper adopted the SiC MOSFET with higher switching frequency as the power device of the driving system,and used the high-performance domestic chip GD32F303 as the driving chip to construct the HSPMM driving system and establish a high-speed permanent magnet motor drive system based on the Chinese core.Firstly,the current research status of SiC power devices and Si C drive circuits are introduced,as well as the classification and development of high-speed permanent magnet motors.The structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor and the mathematical model under different coordinate systems are introduced too.Then it briefly introduces the control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor and the drive control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Secondly,the hardware circuit and software design of the SiC high-speed permanent magnet motor drive system platform are introduced.In the design of the hardware circuit,the hardware structure and principle of GD32F303 are expounded and its main control advantages are highlighted.The design of hardware circuits such as power supply,drive circuit,protection circuit and position signal detection circuit is elaborated.In the software design,the development advantages of using GD32F303 microprocessor are discussed,and the program flow design of main program,interrupt service program and CAN communication is expounded by the modular idea of software design.Then it introduces the specific analysis of the principle of direct torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor,and simulates it.According to the experience of direct torque control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor to reduce torque ripple,Super-twisting is non-singular and fast.The terminal sliding mode controller is used in direct torque control and performs stability analysis on the system after introducing the sliding mode control theory.Finally,the experimental platform is built according to the software and hardware circuits in Chapter 3,and the feasibility of the Si C high-speed permanent magnet motor drive system is demonstrated. |
