Electrified railway has become the preferred development direction for China's high-speed railway and heavy-haul railway due to its outstanding advantages of high traction power,high energy efficiency and energy conservation and environmental protection.In the transportation cost of electrified railway,the traction electricity cost accounts for a considerable proportion.How to improve the quality of power supply technology and equipment,make full use of the preferential policies of the national electricity price,optimize the operation and management mode of traction power supply,and study the comprehensive application of these technologies and management methods to reduce the electricity cost,realize the economic operation of traction power supply system and provide decision support for improving the economic operation level of electrified railway are the main contents of this paper.Taking LZ Railway Bureau as an example,through the analysis of operation data,this paper makes clear the current situation of traction power supply operation and management,studies the composition of traction power fee and relevant national policies on traction power supply operation and management,finds out the main factors affecting the economic operation of traction power supply,and puts forward specific measures to optimize operation and management.In the initial stage of electrified railway operation,traction transformer has certain capacity reservation.Before the actual transportation capacity does not reach the design capacity,how to properly and reasonably select the capacity margin and operation time of traction transformer needs to carry out technical and economic calculation.In the process of electric power market reform,the state has issued a series of preferential tariff policies,which should be fully used by railway enterprises Some policies,technical and economic analysis of the operation status of the traction power supply system,timely take technical or management measures to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research,and puts forward the research direction and main research contents according to the research background and significance.In the second chapter,through the analysis of the electricity fee structure and policy of traction power supply,the power factor operation level of electrified railway and the current situation of traction power supply management are clarified,and the main factors influencing the economic operation of traction power supply are found out.The third chapter discusses the methods to improve the economic operation effect of traction power supply,including the adjustment of traction power factor,the utilization of train regenerative energy,the optimization of traction transformer installation capacity,the dynamic management of basic electricity bill settlement method and the basic concept of direct purchase electricity.The fourth chapter analyzes the economic operation effect of traction power supply of Lanzhou Railway Bureau.It mainly analyzes the adjustment effect of traction power supply power factor,the utilization effect of electric locomotive regenerative electric energy,the effect of traction transformer capacity reduction and energy saving,and the effect of demand method to settle electricity tariff.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text and looks forward to the future research work.
