Biomass pyrolysis technology for the production of bio-fuels and chemicals has an important potential application prospect. The obtained bio-oils contain a variety of high value-added components. They are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide and other fields.Compared with traditional petroleum and diesel oil,bio-oil has the characteristics of high oxygen content, strong acidity and low calorific value.According to the characteristics of high oxygen content in bio-oil,it can be further converted into a variety of high-value-added chemicals through modification, purification and other processes to greatly improve the economic benefits of biomass energy utilization. In horizontal tubular fixed bed biomass pyrolysis device, with zinc oxide(Zn O),magnesium aluminate spinel(MAS)and Zn O-MAS as a catalyst,to carry out the rape straw, corn straw and wood powder catalytic pyrolysis experiment, the different reaction temperature on the compounds such as aldehyde ketones distribution and content in bio-oil,especially the high value chemicals, such as furfural(FF),methyl ketone of cyclopentene and pyridine. The main test results are as follows:1.In the absence of catalyst, with the increase of pyrolysis temperature, the bio-oil production rate obtained from the three test materials showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. The production of biomass oil by the pyrolysis of camphor wood powder first increased rapidly, reaching a maximum value of 51.76% at 500?.Among the three test materials, the relative content of aldehydes in the bio-oil obtained from corn straw at 450? was the highest, which was 11.46 wt%.At 550?,the relative content of ketones in the bio-oil obtained from rape straw was the highest(27.94 wt%).2.After the addition of Zn O catalyst, the bio-oil production rate of the three materials decreased to different degrees, with a significant decrease in the range of 400-500?.When the pyrolysis temperature increased, the bio-oil production rate of the three materials decreased to a certain extent.During the catalytic pyrolysis of camphor wood powder by Zn O,the bio-oil yield reached the maximum value at 550?,which was 48.69 wt%.The relative content of aldehydes in the bio-oil obtained from the pyrolysis of camphor wood powder increased significantly between 450? and 550?,and the highest relative content of aldehydes was obtained at 450?,which was 58.83%.Among the three feedstocks catalyzed by Zn O,the relative content of furfural in camphor wood powder pyrolysis bio-oil increased to 57.48% at 450 ?,13 times higher than that without catalysis. The relative content of methyl cyclopentenone was the largest among the three materials at 550?,3.59%,which was 9.5 times higher than that without catalysis. The relative content of pyridone was the highest among the three materials at 550?,which was 4.08%.Under the catalysis of MAS,the bio-oil yield of camphor wood powder at 500? was the highest,52.86%.MAS made the maximum relative content of ketones migrate to the direction of low temperature.3.Under the catalytic action of zno-mas,the relative content of aldehydes in the three materials increased significantly, and the relative content of aldehydes in the biological oil of camphor wood powder reached a maximum value of 64.31% at 400?.The relative content of ketones in corn straw and rape straw had little effect on the temperature change. At 550?,the relative content of ketones in the bio-oil obtained from corn stover was the highest(16.16%).The relative content of furfural in the three biomass pyrolysis oils was more than 45%,and the highest relative content of furfural moved to low temperature. The relative content of furfural in the biomass oil obtained from camphorwood powder was the highest,64.31% at 400?.The relative content of methyl cyclopentenone in the bio-oil reached the maximum value at 600?,which was 7.44%,4.51% and 5.29% respectively. The catalytic preparation of pyridone from corn straw was the best.At 400?,the relative content of pyridone from corn straw was the highest, which was 12.38%.
