The turbo-generator is one of the main equipments of electric power production in our country.In order to ensure the stability and safety of turbo-generator operation,fault diagnosis is an indispensable part of turbo-generator operation.Due to the complexity of turbo-generator structure,the influence of operating conditions,equipment component performance and many other factors in fault judgment is very difficult,many power plants rely on experience to identify faults,in the modern production of power is obviously unable to achieve the accuracy and timeliness of fault diagnosis.With the continuous development of sensor technology,information technology and network technology,the study and design of fault diagnosis system for turbo-generator has become an important measure of technological innovation in power plants.Power plant steam turbine generator fault diagnosis,this paper researches on the actual situation,design a set of failure information collection,operation monitoring,fault diagnosis and fault management of intelligent fault diagnosis system,make full use of the known steam turbine generator sensor data possible fault information real-time monitoring of generator,and comprehensive diagnosis of fault happened,using a generator information database and the known fault knowledge base cross analysis and judge the trend of the development of the fault and give reasonable fault prevention and fault handling recommendations.In view of the large volume and complex structure of the data generated by the operation of the turbo-generator,the research is carried out from the aspects of collection,standardized processing,storage,diagnosis and visual operation.Firstly,a communication network for fault diagnosis of turbo-generator is designed.The information transmitted by various sensors is processed in a standardized way to meet the needs of system fault diagnosis.Secondly,build adistributed storage system of data,and optimize the system to improve the efficiency of data access;Finally,the visual client of turbo-generator fault diagnosis system is designed and realized,and the visual management of turbo-generator fault diagnosis is realized.After the research and design of the system,the function and performance of the system are tested.The test results show that the system has good functional integrity and performance stability.It is concluded that the study and design of fault diagnosis system for turbo-generator has good practical value in intelligent management of fault diagnosis for turbo-generator.
