With the increasing consumption of petroleum resources and the deteriorating ecological environment,the traditional automobile industry with oil as the main source of power is facing more and more severe challenges.In the context of how to reduce the consumption of resources and protect the environment,new energy vehicles have emerged.At present,new energy vehicles are mainly divided into three categories: fuel cell vehicles(FCV),pure electric vehicles(EV),and hybrid Electric vehicles(HEV).The core components of the new energy vehicles are electric motors,and the internal combustion engine of the conventional automobile is replaced by a motor as a power output.The performance of the motor affects the dynamic performance of the entire vehicle.Therefore,improving the operating efficiency of the drive motor,increasing the adjustable speed range of the motor and optimizing the control strategy of the motor are the key to improving the overall performance of the motor.According to the design requirements of new energy vehicles,this paper studies a fractional-slot concentrated winding permanent magnet synchronous motor that can be used in new energy vehicles.The design scheme of the whole motor is systematically elaborated,and the software for automatic calculation of motor parameters is designed.The specific performance index of the motor is calculated,and the motor speed control method is carefully analyzed and simulated.Finally,the controller is designed to carry out the prototype experiment.The main research contents and results of the thesis can be summarized as follows:Firstly,it is the study of the permanent magnet synchronous motor with concentrated winding in the fractional slot: the composition conditions of the permanent magnet synchronous motor with the concentrated winding of the fractional slot are mainly described,and the specific parameters are designed for the constraints of the motor.Such as the overall size of the motor,the arrangement of the motor windings,the design of the magnetic circuit structure of the stator and the ratio of the motor pole to the slot.Then,using Visual Studio development tools to design and program the software for motor parameter calculation,the automatic parameter calculation of the parameters designed above,further optimization and improvement for the work efficiency of the motor.After that,the system control and analysis of the vector control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are carried out.The specific control flow is analyzed in detail by the control method of,and the simulation experiment is carried out.Finally,the controller is designed for the motor,including hardware and software.
