There are many ports,waterways,rivers and lakes in China,so there will be a lot of dredged mud in the process of dredging.Due to the characteristics of dredged mud,such as high water content,high void ratio,high compressibility,low permeability and lack of consolidation,the dredged mud needs to be modified to realize the engineering application.Based on the dredged mud remolded soil samples mixed with different content of lime stabilizer,the wave velocity index evolution and consolidation characteristics of dredged mud remolded samples under one-dimensional consolidation condition and vacuum preloading condition were investigated by means of bender element wave velocity monitoring system and pressure film sensor monitoring system.Finally,through the analysis of consolidation characteristics and wave velocity index of dredged mud remolded soil samples under drainage conditions,the optimal content of lime was determined as 4%.The main work of this study is as follows:1.Install and adjust the bender element detection system and pressure film sensor detection system.(1)adjust the signal of the bender element monitoring system to determine the parameter setting of the bender element monitoring system in the experiment;(2)calibrate the pressure film sensor system to obtain the linear relationship between the pressure value and the voltage value.2.During the one-dimensional consolidation process,the bender element monitoring technology was used to monitor the variation law of wave velocity of the remolded samples mixed with different lime contents,and the consolidation characteristics such as settlement,drainage and shear strength were also monitored,and the influence of specimen with tap water(STW)and specimen with deaired water(SDW)on the experimental consolidation characteristics was analyzed.3.During the process of vacuum preloading,the bender element monitoring technology was used to monitor the variation law of wave velocity of remolded samples mixed with different lime contents,and meanwhile the consolidation characteristics such as settlement,drainage,shear strength and pore pressure were monitored,and relevant data of vacuum preloading and one-dimensional consolidation were quantitatively analyzed.
