| In view of the demand of high efficient and pollution-free heating technology in residential life and industrial production,a new type of heat generator structure with diversion ring is proposed,which can realize a variety of thermal power.The electromagnetic heater is designed based on the principle of transformer,which is composed of a ring cylinder and a guide ring in the liquid chamber.The outside of the heater is surrounded by an excitation coil,which is directly heated by eddy current iron loss.This paper designs a kind of electromagnetic heat generator under power frequency,with magnetic stainless steel wall as a heat source to heat transfer fluid in the transient field,eddy current field based on magnetic field distribution of the magnetic flux density and uniformity of saturation,analyzes the main factors affecting electromagnetic power for heating tube configuration,pipe diameter,internal and external magnetic yoke,diversion,insulation layer structure such as electromagnetic optimization design,improve compared.in the peak power.The theoretical size and barrel diameter of the core were calculated based on the transformer mathcad operator,and the actual size was determined based on the manufacturer’s steel data.Based on this,a variety of diversion ring distribution methods,such as single and double columns,were proposed,the preliminary design of the model was completed,and the mathematical simulation model was established to optimize the calculation.In order to meet the heating demand of a variety of power,two distribution structures of the coil were designed based on the maximum load flow formula,and the simulation was carried out.According to the structure of diversion ring,inner wall and outer wall,four heating methods are proposed,and the two structures with good heating effect are selected as the objects of design and optimization.The parallel line disk structure is selected to debug the corresponding line disk parameters in the two models.Through magnetic field simulation,the heating efficiency of the two models in each power block is calculated.In order to ensure the rated power output,the characteristics of the number of turns of the adjustable coil and the amplitude of the adjustable current are compared.On the basis of the two heating schemes,Soildworks,Gambit and Fluent were comprehensively used for modeling and numerical analysis.The steady-state stage with full heating was selected,and the velocity change and temperature distribution of the water near the diversion ring were analyzed through the longitudinal section to calculate the thermal efficiency.This paper analyzes the diversion,heating effect and thermal efficiency of the two schemes,and puts forward some optimization methods,such as changing the pipe diameter and adjusting the distribution of diversion ring,for the schemes with uneven heating in some areas,unbalanced outlet temperature and low thermal efficiency.The two kinds of optimization schemes designed can achieve uniform heat generation to the water body,among which the two-row diversion ring optimization scheme has the best heating effect. |
