Due to the concern of the whole society about automobile emission and energy utilization,various new energy automobile technologies have developed rapidly in recent years.Coupled with the limitation of traditional energy sources,the energy problem has become increasingly serious.The characteristics of solar energy and environmental protection have also made the application of photovoltaic cells in automobiles try to develop from solar energy racing to civilian electric vehicles.Using photovoltaic energy storage technology to charge batteries on electric vehicles,clean and pollution-free,and sustainable use.In this paper,a photovoltaic energy storage and charging system for small electric vehicles is designed,which focuses on solving the problem that electric vehicles can use solar energy to recharge and increase the mileage while driving.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,Based on the theory of photoelectric effect,the basic principles and characteristics of photovoltaics cells were studied,and Simulink was used to establish a simulation model of photovoltaics cells.The output characteristics of photovoltaics cells were analyzed,and the maximum power point tracking algorithm of photovoltaics cells was studied.Secondly,the improved maximum power tracking algorithm for disturbance observation is presented and simulated.Second,According to the basic characteristics and charge-discharge characteristics of the electric car lithium battery,the main reasons for the imbalance of the electric car lithium battery during charging are analyzed,a non-destructive balanced charging scheme is proposed,and the principle of balanced charging control and the working process of the circuit in equilibrium are analyzed.Thirdly,According to the requirements of the system,the whole scheme of the electric vehicle photovoltaic balanced charging controller is designed.According to the control function requirements of the charging controller,the hardware and software system of the charging controller is designed by DSP28021.The hardware completes the calculation of the key device parameters of the main circuit,designs the main control circuit,the main control circuit,the power supply circuit,the equilibrium charging circuit,and the signal acquisition circuit;The software design first introduces the software platform,then analyzes the system control main program flow,charging mode selection program flow and balanced charging program flow.The system is designed in detail from two aspects: hardware and software.Fourth,the experimental test of the designed electric vehicle vehicle photovoltaic balanced charging control is carried out.The experimental environment and equipment are first introduced,and the experimental results are analyzed.By recording the power generation and data curves,the experimental results are recorded.It is shown that the improved MPPT control algorithm is very superior in terms of power generation and dynamic stability.Finally,the charging curve in the equilibrium process is obtained through equilibrium experiments.It can be seen that the equilibrium charging scheme adopted in this paper can fully achieve the capacity equilibrium of monomer lithium batteries.
