| The urban-rural highway in Jinzhong Mountain area is the main traffic hub connecting the county town and the surrounding countryside in Zuo Quan and Heshun of Shanxi Province.It is not only the trunk line of Agricultural Products Transportation,but also the powerful guarantee to promote the integration of urban and rural areas,to plan the development of urban and rural areas as a whole,and to enhance the development of urban and rural economy.In winter,snow falls frequently and for a long time.Once the snow road is blocked,the normal production and life of the county town and its surrounding countryside are seriously affected.That’s why snow removal in winter is so important.At present,the main way of snow removal on local roads is snow removal by snowplow.In the snow removal operation,it is found that the width of snow shoveling shovel is not matched with the width of road surface,so the efficiency of snow removal is low and the economic benefit is poor.In order to solve this problem,the following aspects are studied:Firstly,the local snowfall data were investigated,and it was found that the single snowfall thickness was less than 17 cm,which was 58%less than the average snowfall in the northeast of the main working area of snowplow in China.By analyzing the snow removal process of urban and rural highways,the reason of low efficiency of snow removal is that the relationship between snow-pushing width and road surface width is not integral,and the snow-pushing width does not match the road surface width.Then,according to the calculation and analysis of the snow-pushing capacity and road width of the existing snow-pushing machine in use area,the solution of widening the snow-pushing shovel from 3.3 m to 4.5 m is put forward,and the snow-pushing Operation Procedure of urban and rural roads is reconfigured.The snow removal resistance,the push force of the snow removal vehicle and the power consumption of the snow removal operation are calculated,and the Longitudinal stability of the snow removal vehicle is analyzed.After checking and calculating,the pushing force of the snow plow is bigger than the snow resistance,the rated power of the snow plow is bigger than the power consumed by the snow plow,and the snow plow satisfies the Longitudinal Stability Requirement,which verifies the feasibility of the scheme of widening the snow plow.The snow removal efficiency was increased by 37%and the cost was saved by 25%.It provides a reference for ensuring the smooth flow of urban and rural highways. |
