As one of the important components of the aircraft,the aircraft hydraulic system carries the important responsibility of providing liquid driving force for the huge aircraft systems.The aircraft hydraulic pump is the power source of the aircraft hydraulic system,and its performance changes are related to the safety and health of the aircraft hydraulic system,even for the entire aircraft.Therefore,in-depth study and analysis of the performance trend of hydraulic pump –the core of the aircraft hydraulic system,predicting its future performance trends,which has great significance to the safety and maintenance of the aircraft and has a high engineering practical value.In the paper,the aircraft hydraulic pump is taken as the specific research object,and the performance test is carried out through a special test platform.Based on the analysis of the working mode and the failure mechanism,the parameters related to the performance change of the aircraft hydraulic pump are collected and the monitoring parameter of the pump performance change trend-the oil return flow is studied,which can effectively characterize the performance trend of the hydraulic pump.Firstly,the SVSLMS method is used to denoise of the raw data of performance characterization parameters,which removes the interference of noise on the original data.Secondly,the DE-ELM method,PSO-ELM method and ARIMA-LSTM method are used to establish the prediction model of aircraft hydraulic pump performance change trend.The prediction trend of hydraulic pump performance is predicted by the model.The research results show that the prediction accuracy of the DE-ELM method is 91%,the prediction accuracy of the PSO-ELM method is 94%,and the prediction accuracy of the ARIMA-LSTM is 96%,which indicates that the three methods can predict the change trend of hydraulic pump performance.Finally,in order to compare and analyze the prediction effects and performance of the above three methods,the last chapter of the paper also compare the three different prediction methods from three aspects: prediction accuracy,model training time and stability,and analyzes the applicability of them in different environments.By the comparison of three prediction methods,ARIMA-LSTM model has the highest prediction accuracy,but the calculation amount and the prediction time cost too much.The prediction accuracy of DE-ELM model and PSO-ELM model is slightly lower,but the prediction time is relatively less.According to the need of specific projects,a suitable method for the performance change trend of the aircraft hydraulic pump can be selected.
