The space and load of the nuclear-powered ship are limited.In order to improve the utilization efficiency of the platform space,it is necessary to minimize the volume or weight of the nuclear power plant(NPP)under the premise of ensuring the function.How to reduce the output of the NPP without reducing or evenincreasing the output power of the device,so as to optimize the parameter matching,is an important subject worth studying.The NPP is a complex system composed of various nuclear power equipment and the optimization of the nuclear power equipment is the basis for the optimization of the NPP system.The optimization design for nuclear power equipment can provide reference and guidance for the optimization of nuclear power equipment at the system level.Taking this as the background,this paper selects the important equipment such as steam generator and pressurizer in the PWR as the research object,and a case study is carried out using the improved multi-objective optimization algorithm.The main contents and research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Established mathematical models of important equipment such as steam generators and pressurizers,developed corresponding computer program,and verified its reliability;(2)The difference between multi-objective problem and single-objective problem is analyzed,and the necessity and significance of introducing non-dominated method to solve multi-objective problem are illustrated.The solving strategy of multi-objective algorithm NSGA-? is illustrated,and the shortcoming of the algorithm is analyzed.Improvement measures are introduced and on this basis,an improved algorithm INSGA ? is proposed.The algorithm test results verify its improvement in solution performance.(3)The multi-objective optimization design of the steam generator and the pressurizer is carried out by the improved multi-objective optimization algorithm.The optimization target is selected as the equipment volume and the NPP power that the equipment can carry.The optimal configuration of equipment volume and NPP power is found out,and the combination of equipment optimization scheme is given.The optimization results of the SG show that if the volume of the SG is kept constant,the maximum power of the NPP can be increased by about 33%;while the power is kept constant,the volume can be reduced by up to 24%;the optimization result of the pressurizer shows that the NPP power can be increased by up to 40%if the volume of the pressurizer is kept constant;The minimum power is about 1.05 times that of the prototype,under which the volume of the pressurizer can be reduced by 15%,indicating obvious optimization effect.
