There are many kinds of methods to reduce the wall resistance of fluid transport pipeline.Due to the high cost and difficulty in the realization of the general method,the vibration of the pipeline is a phenomenon that exists in the pipeline,and has an important influence on the wall resistance and the outlet velocity with time.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the vibration of the pipeline to reduce the wall resistance and increase the outlet flow.(1)Based on the characteristics of the normal vibration of the pipeline,the complex vibration modes of the pipeline can be divided into the following categories: simple harmonic vibration,pulse vibration and square wave vibration.Then simulating the relationship between the main parameters of each vibration mode and the wall resistance,drag reduction rate and outlet velocity is obtained by using CFD software.(2)To study the characteristics of each relation,the effects of the three kinds of vibration modes on the wall resistance,drag reduction rate and outlet velocity are studied.The range of vibration parameters which can improve the exit velocity is also presented.And then analyzed the relationship between the wall resistance and the outlet velocity.(3)finally,the correctness and practicability of the proposed method is verified by the analysis of the pipeline vibration experiment and the pipeline transmission experiment...
