The underground shield section of the subway tunnel passes through the highway subgrade.Due to the large impact on the normal operation of the running expressway during the construction of the shield tunnel,it has attracted the attention of relevant personnel in scientific research,engineering and other fields.However,the geological hydrology and load conditions of tunnel engineering are complex,and comprehensive measures combining mechanics and experience are needed for research.This paper takes the Hangzhou Luncheng Expressway in the Xinyue Road Station-Xinliang RoadStation of the second phase of Hangzhou Metro Line 2 as the engineering background.Based on the analysis of the settlement mechanism,the general value of the deformation control limit is determined,and then the MIDAS is adopted.The/GTS software has done the finite element calculation of the simulated construction conditions and used the same model to check the PLAXIS software.Because the engineering involved is relatively complicated,the reinforcement measures for further control of settlement are proposed based on the finite element simulation to meet the deformation control.Finally,the actual road surface inspection results are verified to provide reference for similar projects.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:1)After theoretical analysis and calculation and related norm requirements,the surface deformation control value based on the normal operation of the expressway is proposed.2)According to the on-site geological survey data,using the construction stage analysis function of MIDAS/GTS and PLAXIS software to simulate and analyze the working conditions of the shield under the highway,according to the final deformation of the soil under various working conditions.And the surface displacement value to verify whether the shield construction will have a greater impact on the running highway.3)Because the engineering involved is relatively complicated,according to the site engineering geology and construction conditions,the technical measures for reducing the deformation and settlement of the shield crossing the expressway are proposed.4)During the process of shield tunneling,the observation points are arranged to observe the settlement of the expressway,and the observation data is compared with the theoretical calculation results to provide reference for similar projects.
