In today's era of energy shortage and increasingly fierce market competition,the control research of large-scale industrial processes has become the key research object of control engineering science.The main steam temperature of the boiler is an important indicator of the safety of a thermal power plant.Its high,low,and even fluctuations will cause a series of hidden safety problems.The boiler main steam temperature has a non-linear characteristic,which makes the thermal process difficult to control.This dissertation analyzes its characteristics.At present,most of the control methods for this controlled object use PID control.When the system is disturbed or when some uncertain factors occur,it will be difficult to achieve the desired setting effect.Predictive control uses the principles of rolling optimization and feedback correction,so it can adapt to that complicated control system and some uncertain situations.The traditional cascade PID control system has certain anti-disturbance capability and robustness,but it still cannot meet the large disturbance of the system and the control requirements when the load changes.In this dissertation,the robust and anti-disturbance predictive control algorithm is used,and improved on the basis of predictive control,an improved implicit generalized predictive control algorithm is proposed,without recursive Diophantine equation,which solves the original method solve complex and extremely computationally intensive problems,so you can shorten the online calculation time.This method directly identifies the parameters of the controller,reduces the complexity of the calculation,and at the same time has a good robustness to the parameter changes of the model.Therefore,this algorithm is much simpler than other algorithms.While reducing the amount of calculation,it also ensures the speed of the control system.It can also control the input and output within the constraints,so it has good control performance and robustness.It is well used in the process of controlling the main steam temperature of boilers in thermal power plants.Based on the improved implicit generalized predictive control algorithm controller,the dissertation simulates the mathematical model of the main steam temperature of the boiler of the controlled object thermal power plant.The conclusion is obtained through the simulation results.The improved implicit generalized predictive control has a fast control speed and strong antidisturbance ability,and has an ideal control effect on the boiler main steam temperature control system.At the same time,the traditional cascade PID and generalized predictive control algorithm and the Smith predictive control method were tested to perturb and change the set value.The control effect is also the best compared with other methods.The simulation results show that the improved implicit generalized predictive control method has fast control response,strong robustness,low operation complexity,and good control quality.It has multiple inputs,large time delays,multiple outputs,etc.for thermal power plant boilers.Non-linear,tightly coupled complex industrial process control is very suitable.At the beginning of the dissertation,the development status of predictive control at home and abroad was reviewed.The main part of the dissertation includes improved implicit generalized predictive control algorithms,simulation experiments,etc.The results show that the improved implicit generalized predictive control algorithm has better control effect.The application of improved implicit generalized predictive control in complex industrial process control is further discussed.
