Compared with gm vehicles,special vehicles are the use of specific are as,the establishment of design and manufacturing,service conditions and th e environment also has particularity,leading to the establishment of damage there is a big difference,also there is a big uncertainty,the fatigue life and the fatigue life of the forecasters is the foundation of the forecasters reliabi lity,research on the reliability of the key.Therefore,the research on fatigue life prediction and methods of key institutions of special vehicles is of gre at significance to machinery manufacturing,energy utilization and environme ntal protection,and makes a great contribution to national defense constructi on and national security development.In this paper,the actual data provided by shenyang innovation design s ervice co.,LTD.Are deeply studied on the fatigue life prediction and metho d research of carrier-borne aircraft tractor lifting and compression mechanism.The main research contents are as follows:(1)in view of the existing key damageable parts get agency method is based on the static stress intensity analysis or according to the actual work ing situation directly by its key vulnerable component parts,so this paper p roposes a N-code based fatigue analysis software combined statics and dy namics analysis of the fatigue damage cloud image,the method of making s ure of damageable parts more accurate intuitive and has a certain accuracy.(2)the existing rules for calculating fatigue life are mainly aimed at th ose whose loads are of constant amplitude or have a certain time sequence.Therefore,in this paper,the probability Miner rule based on fuzzy theory i s proposed to calculate the fatigue life of random loads by combining fuzzy theory and probability distribution function.(3)the need for fatigue life prediction model of s-n curve is generally derived from material itself or corrected by mathematical method,rather tha n the actual working conditions,so that the fatigue life prediction model to calculate the fatigue life of institutions is not accurate,there is error,so th is paper puts forward building based on the component itself s-n fatigue cur ve experiment method.(4)in view of the particularity of the research object in this paper,a method for obtaining the load spectrum of key components is proposed,that is,combining the time load sequence spectrum obtained from the dynamic analysis with the s-n curve of the component itself,the fatigue life load spe ctrum of the lifting shaft is compiled.To Shenyang innovation design service co,LTD provides the aircraft tra ctor lifting clamp mechanism as an example,the first by N-code for liftin g clamp body fatigue analysis key vulnerable parts,second fatigue tensile te st carried out on the key vulnerable parts to obtain s-n curve,finally by bu ilding the Miner rule based on the theory of fuzzy probability mathematical model is developed with the combination of load spectrum estimate the ke y components of lifting shaft fatigue life and reliability,it is the fatigue life and reliability of aircraft tractor lifting clamping mechanism.The results sh ow that the method is effective and feasible,and provides an effective way for the fatigue life assessment of key components of special vehicles.
