There is a sliding bearing with five oil grooves,which fails in the actual operation process.However,due to the limited conditions for studying the failure causes of the sliding bearing with five oil grooves,in order to find out the failure causes of the sliding bearing and understand the working performance of the sliding bearing at the same time,it is decided to use CFD technology to simulate it,so as to obtain the five oil The data information under the working condition of grooved sliding bearing can understand the cause of the failure accident,and can also play a reference role in the design of the next sliding bearing.Therefore,this paper makes a theoretical study and analysis of the five oil groove sliding bearing in case of the accident Work.In this paper,firstly,three-dimensional models of fluid and solid in five oil groove journal bearing are established by geometry software on the platform of workbench.Because the thickness of the oil film model is very thin,the special tool ICEM is used to mesh the lubricating oil film.Then,the mesh divided by ICEM is imported into fluent software to carry out the pressure and pressure of the flow field of the lubricating oil film Simulation of cavity,temperature,density and turbulence.After that,the flow field data of five oil groove journal bearing calculated by fluent are transferred to steady-state thermal and static structural analysis modules under the platform of work bench by using the fluid structure coupling technology of ANSYS Structural)to simulate the stress,strain,temperature and thermal strain of the bearing bush.Through sorting out and analyzing all the simulation data,we can get the conclusion that the five oil groove sliding bearing has certain characteristics.First of all,the journal bearing has five H-shaped oil grooves,which makes the lubricating fluid flow easily in the journal bearing and reduces the bearing capacity of the lubricating oil film of the bearing;Second,the area of H-shaped oil groove in the inner surface of the bearing is relatively large,which reduces the actual working surface area of the bearing from convergence to convergence;Third,the bearing tool of the journal bearing There are five wedge-shaped areas,and the distance between each wedge-shaped area is relatively short,so the pressure generated by the oil film fluctuates a lot,and with the increase of the eccentric load of the oil film,the maximum pressure of the oil film increases and decreases rapidly,so the design of the five oil groove sliding bearing will make the metal alloy layer on the inner surface of the bearing pad more frequently bear the relatively rigid pressure impact of the oil film,increasing If the sliding bearing is added too early,the possibility of fatigue failure will occur.Although some possible problems are found by analyzing the simulation results of the five oil groove journal bearing,the design of the five oil groove journal bearing also has some advantages.Due to the large number of oil inlet and oil groove,the internal lubrication of the bearing is relatively sufficient,which is not easy to cause the phenomenon of hole breaking,and also can ensure that the density of lubricating oil is not easy to reduce.In addition,the oil groove area can reduce the friction contact between the shaft and the fluid,so the temperature rise ofthe five oil groove sliding bearing is not very serious.
