With the increasingly fierce market competition brought about by economic globalization,cash flow plays an increasing role in the survival and development of enterprises.The cash flow management of an enterprise has a direct impact on its ability to grasp strategic opportunities and realize value creation.Therefore,building a scientific and complete cash flow management system will become the important option for the development of enterprise.Facing the arrival of the era of big data,it is not enough for enterprises to focus on cash flow management to meet the future development needs.Enterprises need to analyze cash flow management based on the value chain perspective,focus on the cash flow brought by purchasing,production and sales activities,extend the value chain,deepen cooperation with upstream suppliers,downstream customers and financial institutions,seek new ways to create value,in order to make better use of cash flow to promote the development of enterprises and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,the thesis research the cash flow management based on the value chain perspective.The thesis chooses the representative HN company in the automobile manufacturing industry as the research object,and analyzes the cash flow management situation based on the value chain perspective.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the current status of cash flow management of HN company from the aspects of cash flow management composition and cash flow management effect.Secondly,the thesis uses AHP to evaluate the cash flow status of HN company and compares with two similar enterprises in the same industry.After analysis,it is found that the company has problems in cash flow management,such as the shortage of cash flow caused by a large number of procurement,the overstock of inventory occupying cash flow,the difficulty of receivables recovery.Then,it discusses the feasibility and necessity of HN company's research on cash flow management based on the value chain perspective,and gives the overall route of the work.It analyzes the cash flow management of HN company from the perspective of internal and external value chain respectively,and puts forward the implementation strategies for the key links of value-added.From the perspective of the internal value chain,cash flow management mainly analyzes from four aspects: procurement and payment process,production and inventory process,sales and collection process,and financing activity process,while the external value chain perspective mainly analyzes from four aspects: suppliers,customers,financial institutions and tax planning.Finally,the guarantee measures for implementing strategies are put forward from the aspects of system,organization,personnel and technology.It is hoped that these studies can help to improve HN company's cash flow management system,and provide some reference for other automobile manufacturing enterprises in cash flow management.
