The planetary gear transmission system was widely used in important fields of high power density and high precision such as aerospace,ships,weapons and equipment,and crane machinery.When transmitting high power,the planetary transmission system had the problems of weak bearing capacity and low transmission accuracy of the gear train.In view of this,this topic adoptted a new structure in which two parallel planetary gears are evenly spaced and applied to the NGW planetary transmission mechanism.A new high-power-density planetary gear transmission system was proposed,which improves the overall bearing capacity and transmission accuracy of the transmission system.The transmission principle of the new high-power-density planetary gear transmission system was described,and the schematic diagram was drawn.The non-backlash meshing equations,meshing parameter calculation formulas,and gear geometry parameter calculation formulas of the multi-modulus meshing gear pair were derived.The calculation formulas of the tooth surface contact stress and tooth root bending stress of the multi-modulus meshing gear pair were modified.In the design of the new high-power-density planetary gear transmission system,the first step was gear tooth calculation,meshing parameter calculation,and gear geometry calculation;then performed a force analysis and strength check of the new high-power-density planetary gear transmission system.The bearing capacity of the new high-power-density planetary gear transmission system and the traditional NGW planetary gear transmission system was compared and analyzed.With the help of ANSYS Workbench,the finite element analysis of the new high-power-density planetary gear transmission system was carried out.The statics analysis and modal analysis of the gear train,planet carrier and transmission shaft of the new high-power-density planetary gear transmission system were carried out respectively to verify whether the design of the gear train and key components of the transmission system was reasonable.Based on the method of probability and statistics,the return error formula of the transmission accuracy of the new high-power-density planetary gear transmission system was derived.This paper analyzed the influence of gear eccentricity error and elastic deformation on the transmission accuracy of the new high-power-density planetary gear transmission system.Compared with the traditional NGW planetary transmission system,the new high power density planetary gear transmission system has the advantage of high transmission accuracy.Figure[24]Table[9]Reference[60]...
