| With the rapid development of domestic infrastructure,more and more engineering fields need to use engineering blasting technology.The damage of blasting vibration is gradually prominent.The blasting vibration effect has caused potential safety hazards and property losses to the surrounding construction facilities and personnel,and its harm has become a key concern in engineering blasting.Controlling the harmful effect of blasting vibration has always been a major research topic of engineering blasting technology at home and abroad.In this paper,based on the blasting vibration data monitored on site,Hilbert Huang method is used to analyze the measured vibration signal,and the theory of instantaneous input energy is combined with HHT method to carry out the following research work:(1)EMD decomposition is carried out for the vibration signal of digital electronic detonator blasting,and each IMF component is obtained;then Hilbert transformation is carried out to obtain the instantaneous energy and three-dimensional energy diagram of the signal,clearly show the change of the signal energy with time,and analyze the spectrum characteristics of the vibration signal.(2)According to the two failure modes of the first maximum displacement of the building and the superposition of plastic damage in the cumulative action of blasting vibration,the calculation method of instantaneous input energy is discussed by combining the theory of instantaneous input energy with HHT method.Through the MATLAB software programming,the instantaneous input energy of the measured vibration signal is calculated and analyzed.It is found that it is questionable to use the maximum vibration velocity of particle and its corresponding dominant frequency as the failure criterion,while it is more reasonable to use the maximum instantaneous input energy as the safety assessment of blasting vibration.(3)HHT method is used to analyze the blasting vibration signals of ordinary millisecond detonator blasting,presplitting blasting combined with ordinary millisecond detonator blasting and electronic detonator blasting.By calculating the vibration signals with the same blasting parameters and different blasting methods,the vibration reduction ratio of presplitting blasting is 89.93%,73.49%,the energy ratio of maximum instantaneous input energy is 79.46%,66.91%,the vibration reduction ratio of electronic detonator is 64.47%,77.11%,and the energy ratio is 34.20%,35.56%.The results show that the vibration reduction effect of the interference vibration reduction method with precise delay time controlled by electronic detonator on the maximum instantaneous input energy is significantly higher than that of the application of presplitting blasting to form presplitting;it can reduce the damage superposition effect of buildings and provide a new research idea for the analysis of blasting vibration effect.It has important theoretical and engineering application value for further study of energy failure mechanism.Figure[24]table[6]reference[80]... |
