The invention of the automobile and the rapid development of the automobile industry have brought unprecedented transportation convenience to people's life.At the same time,with the improvement of people's living standard,people's requirements for the smoothness of cars are getting higher and higher.Rubber components have the advantages of high viscoelasticity,good wear resistance and so on,which can effectively reduce the external excitation,reduce the vibration,and play an important role in improving the vehicle ride comfort.The suspension rubber bushing in the suspension system plays an important role in reducing the vibration and impact of the vehicle body caused by the road surface excitation.At present,there is still a lack of automobile modeling analysis and development and design system considering Berg model suspension rubber bushing at home and abroad.Therefore,it is an important direction in the research field of suspension system to study the influence of Berg model suspension rubber bushing on vehicle ride comfort.This paper mainly studies the influence of Berg rubber bushing on vehicle ride comfort.Firstly,based on the theoretical requirements of vehicle smoothness research,the Berg model rubber bushing and the random road excitation model under uniform speed condition are introduced,and then the eight-dof vehicle vibration model with and without Berg model rubber bushing is established.Secondly,based on the established vehicle model and the road excitation model,the time-domain and frequency-domain comparison of the vibration output of the vehicle model with and without the Berg model rubber bushing under the condition of uniform speed is simulated and analyzed,so as to analyze the influence on the vehicle smoothness.The results show that with the Berg model rubber bushing considered,the amplitude of the simulation results in the time domain and the frequency domain are significantly reduced compared with that in the non-berg model rubber bushing.After that,the influence of the parameters of Berg rubber bushing on vehicle comfort was analyzed.The results show that in a certain range,appropriately increasing the stiffness of rubber bushing spring is beneficial to improving the running smoothness of automobiles,while decreasing the stiffness of rubber bushing spring is unfavorable to the running smoothness of automobiles.Increasing and decreasing the series spring stiffness of rubber bushing in a certain range has no positive effect on the ride comfort of automobile.Increasing the series damping value of rubber bushing in a certain range has no effect on the ride comfort of the car,but if the increase is too large,the vibration will be enhanced.Reducing the series damping of rubber bushing in a certain range has no effect on the ride comfort.Finally,the influence of Berg rubber bushing on human comfort is analyzed.The results show that after considering the Berg model rubber bushing,the mean square value of weighted acceleration of human body decreases by about 0.1m/s2,and the Berg model rubber bushing does play a role in improving human comfort.The simulation results under the two-parameter variation of the vehicle system provide a certain reference range for the selection and optimization of various parameters of the vehicle system on the premise of ensuring good comfort of the human body,and also have certain reference significance for the matching selection and optimization of the parameters of Berg model rubber bushing and suspension system.
