Cam mechanism is a kind of mechanical transmission device which is widely used in various fields.It can achieve almost any smooth continuous and periodic motion and is widely used.Cam-containing mechanism system exists in aerospace,transportation,construction machinery and other equipment,such as the engine valve system,the vehicle running parts brake control components.In this paper,taking the cam mechanism as the research object,the collision vibration system model of two-mass cam mechanism,the collision vibration system model of three-mass cam mechanism,and the collision vibration model of four-mass cam mechanism are established respectively.Finally,numerical simulation was carried out by Matlab,and the dynamic characteristics of the simulation results were analyzed.It was found that the model of cam mechanism system could lead to chaos through periodic multiplier bifurcation,Hopf bifurcation and torus multiplier bifurcation.First of all,combined the central disk cam mechanism with straight moving roller push rod,two plasmids collision cam mechanism vibration system model is established,with the aid of Matlab software to programming model,through process simulation system come to the bifurcation diagram,time history diagram,phase diagram,Poincaré map and so on,analysis system under low,medium and high frequency of nonlinear dynamic behavior can be obtained: two plasmids collision mechanism of vibration system under the condition of a certain control parameters will experience times tumble bifurcation,jumping change,boundary catastrophe such as nonlinear dynamic behavior eventually leads to chaos.In practical engineering,the cam mechanism system device should be kept in the period of motion as far as possible to avoid failure caused by instability.Secondly,the modele of collision vibration system of the three-mass cam mechanism is established according to the down-mounted cam intake mechanism.Because the motion of the three-mass cam mechanism collision vibration system is complex and changeable,the dynamic behavior of the cam mechanism collision system and the conditions leading to chaos,which will be more strict.The excitation frequency is an important control parameter which affects the dynamic characteristics of the cam system.In addition,clearance is also an important factor,which affecting the system dynamics characteristics,so the influence of control parameters clearance and excitation frequency on the system should be fully considered in the structural design of cam mechanism.Finally,according to the application of the multi-mass cam system,the theoretical model of the four-mass cam system is established,and the dynamic equation of the system is obtained by force analysis of the four-mass model.The bifurcation diagram and Poincaré map of the model were obtained by using Matlab software to simulate the model's dynamics.Therefore,it is important to study the dynamic behavior of cam mechanism system theoretically and practically,which makes the research have universal significance.
