In this paper,a robust damping controller design method is proposed for vehicle suspension system considering the uncertain factors of communication in the state sensing process.Furthermore,considering the performance of damping control and the fault factors of the actuator,the methods of the damping controller with guaranteed performance control and fault tolerance for execution are proposed respectively.In order to ensure the effective shock absorption,the uncertain vehicle suspension system is used as the object to obtain the operating state with the aid of speed and displacement sensors.The sensing information is transmitted to the remote controller through the communication network,and a design method of networked state feedback controller for vehicle suspension system is proposed.In order to further improve the performance of damping control,a controller design method to ensure H_?performance index is proposed.Considering the external interference and the possible actuator fault,the design method of anti-jamming and anti-execution fault damping controller is presented.The main research results of this article are as follows:(1)Taking a quarter suspended nonlinear system as an object,the nonlinear dynamic operation of a vehicle during driving is modeled as a system uncertainty factor.Furthermore,considering the time delay problem,the Lyapunov function is designed to realize the closed-loop convergence rate control.Finally,by means of stability analysis,a controller method which can make the closed-loop system exponentially stable is proposed.(2)A networked controller based on state feedback is designed,which is based on the uncertain system of half-car vehicle suspension.Furthermore,the damping performance index is presented,and the controller design condition is given by means of stability analysis.The proposed method can not only guarantee the stability of the closed-loop system,but also make the closed-loop system meet the damping performance index.(3)The wheel track excitation is modeled as the system external interference,which is based on the vehicle suspension system with seven degrees of freedom.Considering the possible fault factors of the actuator,a networked damping controller is proposed.A robust controller design method is presented through stability analysis.The proposed method can tolerate actuator failure and external interference while ensuring the stability of the closed-loop system.
