Research On Strategic Transformation And Upgrading Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises Under Supply Side Reform

With the implementation and promotion of China’s supply-side reform,the equipment manufacturing industry,as the cornerstone of manufacturing industry development,will bear the brunt of the supply-side reform.Therefore,equipment manufacturing enterprises urgently need to reverse past experience,respect the market,fully consider the industry structure and the needs of consumers,and deal with challenges from the market,technology,environment and policies.Therefore,the strategic transformation and upgrading of enterprises is imperative.At present,it is an important topic to study the strategic transformation and upgrading strategy of equipment manufacturing enterprises.Under the background of supply-side reform,this paper intends to study the methods and strategies of strategic transformation and upgrading of China’s equipment manufacturing enterprises.First of all,through a root analysis of the development requirements of the supply-side reform,the development behavior and future trend of China’s equipment manufacturing industry are analyzed layer by layer according to the order of government,market,industry and equipment manufacturing enterprises,and the logical framework for the development of equipment manufacturing industry under the supply-side reform is combed out.Secondly,according to the requirements for the development of equipment manufacturing enterprises in grounded theory analysis results,combined with the research on the existing corresponding index system categories of equipment manufacturing enterprises,the index system of the requirements for the development of enterprise capabilities for strategic transformation and upgrading under the supply-side reform of China’s equipment manufacturing enterprises is constructed,the weight of each index is determined through expert scoring method,and the capability of equipment manufacturing enterprises is evaluated in combination with the data of various sub-industries of China’s equipment manufacturing industry.Finally,according to the idea of matching enterprise capability with strategic development and combining with enterprise development needs,the paper provides decision-making suggestions on the target level and resource allocation direction of strategic transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing enterprises under supply-side reform.The research on strategic transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing enterprises carried out in this paper has realized the docking of macro-control and micro-guidance of supply-side reform,enriched the strategic development of equipment manufacturing enterprises,and proposed the method of enterprise capability identification and strategy matching,which provides a method for theory and practice.
