With the improvement of people's production and living standards,and the vigorous development of food,medical,and chemical fields,in order to maintain the quality of fresh food and frozen products,the number of cold storage of food companies has increased significantly,among them,the cold storage uses ammonia refrigeration system more,and the ammonia pipeline is an important channel to connect the system.Due to the aging and corrosion of the pipeline,or the pipeline has not been regularly inspected,and the safety maintenance measures have not been developed,mismatched flanges,bolts,and gaskets are often leaked,it pose a great threat to human life and economic property.In this paper,fluid dynamics and optical system modeling are used as the theoretical research framework,ammonia gas leakage in cold storage ammonia pipeline is taken as the research object,the ammonia gas leakage and diffusion characteristics are analyzed.Based on Tracepro software,optical simulation analysis is performed to obtain the best parameter of the core element of the optical system which core is fresnel lens.The main research contents are as follows:(1)By numerically simulating the physical model of the ammonia pipeline in the cold storage,the concentration,flow velocity of the gas cloud and the trajectory of the gas cloud with time in the vicinity of the cold storage are obtained.The effects of different leakage speeds,different apertures,different natural wind speeds,and different obstacle heights on the spatial location and concentration distribution of gas clouds after ammonia leakage in ammonia pipelines were studied.Discuss the influence of different influencing factors on different levels of hazardous areas after ammonia leakage;(2)Take a comprehensive wholesale trading market for agricultural and sideline products,Simulate the leakage and diffusion of ammonia gas in the ammonia transmission pipeline of the cold storage in the trading market.The effects of different wind directions of east and northwest winds and different northwest wind speeds on the concentration distribution of ammonia in the plant area were studied respectively;(3)A telemetry scheme with an optical system with a cooperative target as the core was established.The principle of Fresnel lens convergence is discussed,and the relationship between the angle of each slope of the lens and the lens radius,focal length,and refractive index is obtained.The influence of different influencing factors(detection surface distance,Fresnel lens focal length,Fresnel lens ring distance)on the light intensity or optical efficiency received by the detection surface was discussed.The effects of different monitoring distances on the incidence angle of the Fresnel lens light and the migration distance of the Fresnel lens light convergence are studied.Combined with the physical model of the cold storage ammonia pipeline,the optimal monitoring distance of the telemetry equipment is worked.
