With the rapid development of modern economy,the reserve of traditional energy sources are decreasing day by day.The development and utilization of new green energy has become the theme of energy research in today's society.Photovoltaic power generation is the leader among them,but the cost of photovoltaic power generation is high and the utilization rate is low.In order to improve the utilization rate of photovoltaic power generation and reduce the cost of power generation,it is particularly important to study the maximum power point tracking of photovoltaic power generation.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)The establishment of photovoltaic cell and photovoltaic array models.By analyzing the operation principle of photovoltaic cells and combining with mathematical derivation,the mathematical model of photovoltaic cells is obtained;by combining the mathematical model of photovoltaic cells with practice,the engineering application model of photovoltaic cells and the mathematical model of photovoltaic array are derived.The simulation test of a single photovoltaic cell in Matlab / Simulink verifies the feasibility of the model.(2)Photovoltaic array modeling and output characteristic analysis under local shading.Aiming at the local shading environment of photovoltaic array,the mathematical derivation and simulation model are established.The output characteristics of photovoltaic array under local shading are analyzed.The causes of hot spot effect are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are given.(3)Analysis and research of two maximum power point tracking algorithms,disturbance observation method and conductance increment method.The disturbance observation method and conductance increment method in the traditional maximum power point tracking tracking algorithm are analyzed and studied.The simulation model is built in Matlab and tested.By analyzing the simulation results,we know that the two algorithms can track the maximum power point under uniform illumination,but the accuracy is not high,and can not accurately track the maximum power point under local shading.(4)The study of Levy Flight Optimization Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm(LF-FOA).In view of the problems of disturbance observation method and conductance increment method in tracking the maximum power point under local shading,on the basis of the fruit fly algorithm,the Levi Flight is used to optimize the fruit fly algorithm,and it is applied to tracking the maximum power point of photovoltaic power generation for the first time.The function test verified the performance of the LF-FOA,and it was significantly better than the original fruit fly algorithm.At last,the feasibility and effectiveness of LF-FOA algorithm in local shading are verified by simulation test.(5)Research on adaptive levy flight optimization fruit fly algorithm based on kernel fuzzy clustering.Based on LF-FOA algorithm,this paper makes further research.Firstly,the nuclear fuzzy clustering is introduced to divide individual Drosophila into several groups,which makes the improved Drosophila algorithm have the advantages of multi group optimization and not easy to fall into local optimization.At the same time,an adaptive parameter is added to the Levy Flight,which makes the Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm be able to optimize in large steps at the beginning of the iteration and improve the speed of optimization;at the end of the iteration,it can perform optimization in small steps to improve the convergence.Finally,the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by simulation.
