The micro piston pump has many advantages,such as small size,simple structure,low cost and easy to realize quantitative delivery,it has wider application prospects in the fields of medical equipment,micro-electromechanical systems and biochemical engineering.However,current micro-pumps are prone to large noise and pulsation,which greatly reduces the life and performance of the pump.In order to achieve low pulsation,constant delivery output characteristics,this paper uses the cam as the driving system of the micro piston pump to improve the current piston pump.Based on the advantages of the cam mechanism to improve the motion and dynamic characteristics according to its output shape,the feasibility of using the cam as the micropiston pump drive system is analyzed.At the same time,the work of the traditional industrial-stage piston pump and micro-cam type piston pump is compared and analyzed.Based on the principle,the model scheme of the micro pump is proposed.In order to ensure that it has a lower flow pulsation in principle,a transient flow equation is established,the equation is solved and a cam profile is obtained.The force of the plunger during the movement is analyzed from the balance characteristics and dynamic characteristics.On the basis of the retention spring force of the plunger and the friction between the plunger and the cylinder bore,the force and reaction force of the plunger on the left and right swash plates are derived and it is proved that the inertia force and the inertia moment.The motion law of the micro pump plunger assembly and the pump valve was studied.The HCD library,signal library and mechanical library in the hydraulic simulation software AMESim were used to build the input system,cam drive system and control valve model of the micro pump,and the rationality of the proposed cam drive system was verified.The overall model of the cam type micro plunger pump was obtained from the above.The actual working process of the plunger pump was simulated by establishing a simulation model of the micro pump.In order to improve the performance of the pump,the instantaneous output flow and outlet pressure of the pump were analyzed in detail,and it was found that the two were not synchronized and both had low pulsation.At the same time,the main ways of pump leakage were analyzed,and the leakage characteristics of the pump under different load pressures were compared.In addition,changing the parameters of the micro pump,the effects of parameters such as cam speed and diameter,valve opening pressure and opening size on the output performance of the micro pump.
