| Solar energy is inexhaustible and inexhaustible in nature.With the development of human society,the use of fossil energy has gradually dried up,and with the development of social science and technology,various countries around the world have been actively working on it.In search of new energy sources,including clean energy such as solar energy,wind energy,and hydropower,but due to the low efficiency of solar energy conversion,scientific research in various countries in recent years has deeply investigated the issue of solar energy efficiency conversion.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1)A Nano-grating Array Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)antire-flection film was designed and prepared.An economical laser beam lith-ography method is used to prepare a micron-sized template,and then the microstructure is transferred using PDMS glue to obtain an un-stretched PDMS micro-grating film,which is a pre-stretched polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)substrate Shrinking with an un-stretched PDMS micro-grating film results in a composite structure antireflectionfilm with a com-bination of micrometer and nanometer size.In addition,PDMS gradient pitch nano-gratings were successfully prepared by pasting un-stretched PDMS films onto a pre-stretched wedge-shaped PDMS substrate.The preparation of nanometer gratings usually requires expensive equipment,such as electron beam lithography.In chapter 4,a preparation method of nanometer gratings is introduced.(2)A Micron-Nano layered array structure double anti-reflection film based on polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)was designed and prepared.The pattern of micron array structure template is made by photoengraving with conventional laser direct writing machine,and the micron array structure is copied to PDMS film.After the plasma surface modification of PDMS film,the nanometer fold structure is formed on the micron array structure.Thus,the micron-nanometer layered array structure double anti-reflective films were prepared at low cost.The test results show that the prepared micron-nanometer layered array anti-reflective film can increase the relative efficiency of high-efficiency polysilicon cells by more than 4.7%,reduce the relative reflectance by30.3%,and make water on the surface of the anti-reflection film Increase the angle by more than 30 degrees.Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)thin film has received extensive attention and research in improving the performance of solar cells due to its low cost,simple process,and super-hydrophobic performance. |
