With China's ministry of the six standards gradually in the domestic each big areas,speed up the construction of new energy vehicles has entered the fast lane,as a transition to a pure electric vehicle of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle(PHEV),it can use an external power charging,battery capacity is small,long range,and low fuel consumption by each big automobile manufacturer,at the same time easier to transform the traditional forms to the new energy car factory important development strategy.Based on the new energy vehicle project of a companyt,this paper specifically studies the following contents:First of all,combined with the structure characteristics of the double-motor parallel PHEV(Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle),based on the principle of the whole vehicle parameters and the whole vehicle design objectives,this paper selected and designed key assemblies such as engine module,drive motor module and power battery module.On this basis,AVL/Cruise software was used to build the vehicle model and power system components(engine,front and rear drive motors and power batteries)for modeling and parameter setting.Secondly,the characteristics and working principle of hybrid electric vehicle working mode are analyzed,and the design principle of hybrid energy source management control mode is proposed.According to the driver's driving speed,power battery SOC and vehicle demand torque divided three variables in this paper,the research model vehicle model,focusing on economic model to design a kind of logic threshold control strategy,and in the MATLAB/Simulink platform,using Stateflow build mode of economic work,to realize the energy source of the hybrid real-time switch.At last,fuzzy control strategy under economic model was built based on MATLAB/Simulink platform.After markov prediction and analysis of driving conditions,it was then simulated with AVL/Cruise platform to conduct performanceanalysis on acceleration,climbing slope,pure electric steady state driving and maximum speed.Under the NEDC cycle,optimize the driving speed and power battery SOC,further improve fuel economy and emission performance on the premise of guaranteeing the vehicle's power performance,and verify the rationality of power system collocation.
