With the advancement of science and technology,smart home products have gradually gained popularity.The communication mode of smart home products is usually a heterogeneous network.Most of the communication frequency bands is the international free 2.4G ISM band,which results in strong interference between heterogeneous network communication devices in this frequency band.Therefore,solving the interference between heterogeneous network and improving communication quality have become one of the key issues in the field of smart home applications.This paper takes WiFi and ZigBee,the two most commonly used communication modes in smart home products,as the research object.By analyzing the causes of interference formation of two communication modes and discussing the wireless link channel sequence optimization method to improve communication quality.Firstly,the interference mechanism of smart home communication network structure is analyzed,and the traditional channel hopping technology and defects are discussed.Secondly,the time and space characteristics of wireless link are analyzed.Based on the common wireless link evaluation method,a kind of evaluation model is designed which combines soft metric and hardness.Finally,by combining hidden Markov model and fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm,a prediction method for network signal quality change trend preferred signal sequence is studied,which makes the system to make the correct wireless link signal sequence switching decision.Through the test and analysis,the package receiving rate of prediction method combined with the hidden Markov model and the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm is improved by 60.99%compared with no channel switching algorithm and is improved by 14.21%compared with traditional channel switching algorithm in transition area(signal unstable area).The prediction method plays an important role in improving the communication quality of wireless links and optimizing channels in complex wireless environments,and plays a role in improving the anti-interference performance of smart home products in heterogeneous networks.
