As one of the important sub-systems of the spacecraft,the orbit divert and attitude control power system provides control for the attitude and orbit control of the spacecraft during operation.With the rapid development of China’s aerospace industry,the complexity of spacecraft is getting higher and higher,and the coupling between subsystems is getting closer and closer.In fact,higher requirements are placed on the design of the orbital attitude control power system.In this paper,the research on the orbit divert and attitude control power system of liquid rocket is carried out.The article analyzes the problems existing in the development of the system,including long development cycle,knowledge accumulation and insufficient reuse.Based on the actual needs,this article proposes a multi-domain unified modeling language Modelica to realize the method of rapid demonstration of the scheme in the early stage of system design,and uses Qt language to develop the system scheme demonstration software based on Modelica.The method of this paper focuses on solving three problems.One is to provide users with a digital,generalized,and guided integrated design environment.The second is to make full use of the existing mature model design experience and results through the model;the third is to design the documents,data and models in the process are effectively managed through the database to realize knowledge accumulation and sharing.The orbit divert and attitude control power system scheme demonstration software consists of six functional modules:index input,scheme selection,parameter decomposition,reliability distribution,assembly demonstration,and system scheme performance analysis.The paper analyzes the requirements,functions and functions of each module,and elaborates on the implementation methods of each module.The software adapts to the research and development requirements of the new rail attitude control power system,meets the development goal of shortening the cycle and improving the rapid response capability,and constructs a complete attitude control power system optimization and integration design platform.
